Whatever company was here did an okay job but it definitely isn't worth the extra money you pay to have DaBella. John White, the guy that "sold" me on them also promised me a bathroom window. When a different company came to do that, the window had not been ordered! The guy had to go to several hardware stores trying to find a bathroom window! No luck, he put a regular window in and put sticky film to make it not see through! Not acceptable! They won't fix it! SAY NO TO DABELLA!!! BAD NEWS!!!!!

My new roof leaked for over a year before DaBella replaced it. However, they said the water damage was not their problem. I was told that I (single mom) was responsible for going after THEIR chosen contractor myself. 4 years later my home is almost uninhabitable, I still owe $15,000 on a loan for it (they arleady got their money), another couple decades on my mortgage, but we will be without shelter. This company DOES NOT CARE about their clients. Our family is devastated by this company.

Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. I highly recommend High Ridge Roofing for all of your roof repair needs! Thanks for all your help!

The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. The fact that the moss treatment solution they use is non-toxic is a plus; it smells like a witch's brew, but that wears off in a few hours. When I checked my roof this spring, still no moss, so no treatment this year, but I will definitely be using their service next year. Excellent service, excellent quality, reasonable price.

I just…read morecalled them back (I waited too long!) a few months ago for the same service, and I gotta say, these guys are great. I have a huge house and it took them one day. Also, please note that they use a completely non-toxic solution unlike several other places I called. I have copper gutters and all conventional moss killers make "pinholes" in copper. The crew was delightful, respectful and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They have to pressure wash the entire roof as I have some kind of concrete tile roofing system. They have an annual service which I'm completely on board with from now on. I highly recommend Cascade Roof Care. You won't be disappointed!

I owe them a huge thank you because they responded to my previous review and I am in error ! I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. I did sign a contract which I don't remember and I'm very pleased that I received a call from them today. Moral of my story is that surgery is a traumatic event followed by neglect in a nursing facility. I had underestimated my mental state when I should have known better. I am looking forward to my new glass and screens in the next few weeks.

We used TNT Construction to remodel some windows on our 1974 home. The project involved installing…read more1 large (10' × 5') window where 2 smaller windows had been. It was a moderately large undertaking involving tearing out the existing load bearing exterior wall and rebuilding it to 2023 standards. Several contractors we interviewed were unwilling to take the job on because it wasn't the typically simple 'cookie cutter' installation; others because it wasn't large enough to feed their profit margins. TNT stepped up. TNT handled everything: engineering; permitting; materials; installation, and clean up -and they did it at a reasonable and fair price. Noah and his crew were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. I highly recommend TNT Construction. Not that it matters, but I'm a disabled senior too ;-) Thanks Noah!

They didn't lay the plywood in the correct direction. Everything out of square. Beams crooked as a dogs back legs. Facia boards are an inch and a half off. Didn't nail plywood down correctly. Nails here and there. Didn't put braces on beams to rafters in all areas. Scary! They work a few hours here and there. Truck brakes went out and took two weeks to fix. We over paid him and he still wanted more money! Total rip off. Thankfully the Company who laid the shingles down did an awesome job. They helped fix some of the mess Jacob did.
