I waited over an hour and my service tech was helping someone else. I asked if it's ok to go to my car for about 20 minutes and was told yes and to just take my phone. I did what I needed and went back only to be told they had NO certified tech able to do the actual work. Which means I spent over 90 minutes waiting to be told I would have to make a new appointment. I had already drive. 45 minutes for this appointment and it was just a waste of my time and gas.

So we exchanged it for some new ELAC B4's and it was worth paying extra. The last time I had a system this good and was treated so well was 40 years ago when I lived in Wash. DC and went to the best stereo shop there. These guys will take care of you no matter your budget or what kind of ears you have. I am so glad we have them in Eugene. I was only able to get phone and zoom to connect to the device via Bluetooth. Online research and trying to read the manual had indicated I would need a USB to Aux adaptor because of the age of the system. But the guy looked quizzical and said, let me try. Within moments he had my phone audio hooked up through a menu option I wasn't even aware of. At no cost. Great store, great guys. This review is late incoming, but better late than never. Kevin went through my Marantz 2238…read morereceiver which over time, I suppose began to drop output from one channel. Additionally, the old incandescent lights which lit up the dial window weren't working as they shouls. The repair was made in September 2019. It was done in relatively very good time (considering he is a one man operation with plenty of work, apparently) and also Kevin replaced the old dial indicator lightbulbs with LED's. Receiver works perfectly after more than two years since the repairs were made. I couldn't be happier.
