Additionally, the old incandescent lights which lit up the dial window weren't working as they shouls. The repair was made in September 2019. It was done in relatively very good time (considering he is a one man operation with plenty of work, apparently) and also Kevin replaced the old dial indicator lightbulbs with LED's. Receiver works perfectly after more than two years since the repairs were made. I couldn't be happier.

The story of locking myself out of his truck with the keys in my hand makes for a great phone call. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, who was very kind and helpful. I explained what had happened. He took it all apart and asked me questions. Given it isn't my own truck and key fob, I didn't have the best answers. The nicest thing was the employee asked me if I knew about the hidden key inside the fob. Which I didn't until I called my friend when the fob stopped working. I really appreciate when someone wants to teach me something new, and was kind about it. The employee had everything fixed and put back together in less than ten minutes. I asked if we could go outside and test it. We walked out and each pushed the lock and unlock buttons, so it was clear everything was working perfectly. I noticed two other employees who asked if I was being helped and then moved on to the next customer to help them. They all appeared to be as kind and welcoming as the one helping me. The whole thing cost me like $25. It wasn't expensive, in my opinion. He stapled the receipt to a flyer that I left in the truck for warranty purposes. He was happy to put the warranty stuff in my friend's name and phone number. When cashing me out, he asked if I needed anything else. I said, I've never been here. Find me something I can't live without. He told me about a couple specials, although nothing I needed at that moment. But he still tried, and I was happy to hear about all of it. Would I return? Absolutely! The customer service here was amazing. Most of the time when I'm talking about anything car related, I'm met with someone who is condescending because I'm female. It's happened a million times before. But it didn't here, and I'm definitely impressed. It took ten minutes and $25 for the problem to be fixed, with no effort on my part. It was all done for me.
