While I was waiting fir them to get to my box of phone parts. Yes I mean parts because I thought I could fix it myself Took it completely apart and could not put it back together I brought them a box of junks and Fatima with a stern confidence told me the could hid it. My iPhone 6 screen was shattered to pieces in every which way. Like. Unbelievably shattered. I made an appointment at the Apple Store to get it fixed, because I heard from several friends that they charged less than most places. After walking around the mall for god knows how long, I found this place across from Lush. One of the female employees helped me, gave me a student discount, and a complementary screen protector for $109 (after tax). I was impressed by how quickly my phone was ready-she was done fixing my screen in less than 20 minutes! Bye bye Apple Store, no more waiting at the Genius Bar for me. Went to Apple Store to fix my boyfriends iPhone 7 he cracked nd damaged the LCD. The wait was 45-60 mins nd plus an hour wait to repair so a total of 2 hours so we decided to sign up for Apple nd to just come back . On our way out we stoped to ask ANDY how much it would be for both nd he gave us such a reasonable price ! Everyone else was charging more than 300$ so we couldn't pass the deal up nd decided to let him fix it! Andy is seriously amazing!! I came in with an iPhone that was so shattered it looked like a spiderweb, the touch screen itself wasn't working and the screen had turned multicolored with stripes all over the screen, so I couldn't use the phone at all. Andy told me he could fix all of the problems in 20 minutes. Not only that, he gave me a free glass screen protector to go with it and they give you a 6 month warranty so if it happens again, I can just get it fixed again now. Really can not believe how fast my phone was repaired. Andy was a great help. As he was repairing my phone he did not get bothered on the fact that I was right next to him asking him questions which really impressed me. Most technicians would not be this comfortable. He answered all my questions because of course, I was curious of what was inside my phone. Within 20 minutes my iPhone 6+ charging port was fixed and I can not be thankful enough. Andy did a great job and saved me from driving to a different mall to get my screen fixed! After Apple said it would cost $120 dollars and take about six hours. (I would have to leave my phone over night) Andy charged me less and was able to fix it in 15 minutes. He also offered to fix my camera lens for cheaper than I thought.
