The issue I had with Greentop is the warranty registration, which was incorrectly registered with my name and contact info as the dealer. I traded a couple e-mails with Vera and was then ghosted. I ended up calling the manuf myself to have them at least correct the name of the dealer on my warranty registration to Greentop. They advised they couldn't change the contact info. I'm hoping I don't have any warranty issues down the line due to their error.

I was able to contact Curt on a Friday and he showed up with his son the following Monday. Turned out we needed a new ignitor. Curt said the part would likely not be in until after Christmas. Well sir, he called me this morning with the great news that he'd just received the part. He came by this morning--his son was on another repair job--and installed the part. WE'VE GOT WHOLE HOUSE HEAT AGAIN! Then we discovered our thermostat was no longer working. Curt did what he could to get it working but we're going to need a new one. No problem, we're getting a replacement today from another source. This is the 3rd time we've used CJ's and they remain our go-to for all furnace repairs. Air Anderson is great! In the January cold snap our furnace…read morewent out. Yikes. We called Dana's Heating and Cooling as they had installed our furnace and serviced it over the years. I was told they could send a service guy in SEVEN DAYS!! We had no heat and even with that information she was unmoved. I then called Air Anderson. They were able to send Mark to our rescue. He came that same morning and was able to do a temporary fix so we could have heat. Once the cold snap was over Air Anderson sent Jose to do a permanent fix. He was able to reroute a PVC pipe so that very few inches of the pipe were exposed to the outside (thus subject to freezing). When Dana's did the original install there was many feet of exposed pipe which did freeze and caused the furnace to fail.
