On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Could be a really good place to go to wash with a little more thought put into it!!!!

It's very large, always clean & the attendant plays great music. But you go there to wash & you're gonna be out of $20 or more. I paid for same day service, and after arrive l arriving right on time, the friendly rep met me right at my front door and took the several bags of laundry. They finished the laundry super quick, and just finished dropping it off - again, the rep was super friendly. The laundry smells wonderfully clean, and the clothing is filled better than I could ever hope to accomplish even on my best day. I will most definitely be using this service many more times to come. Came in on a Monday & spoke to the seamstress on my suggestion on how short I thought it should be. She had a way of reassuring me that it will be done properly without being condescending. They also offer a 10% discount for paying up front. My dress was ready by Wednesday & was done correctly. Great service all around & highly recommend them.
