I am totally satisfied with Smart Audio Visual. I discussed my project with several contractors but decided on Smart Audio because they went out of their way to do the installation on Sunday and for a fair price. The level of professionalism was excellent and we were totally impressed with the technician who arrived right on time and helped us to understand what he had to do. In the end our TV's were installed exactly as we asked and he even went up and beyond the original scope of work to remove some old cables and wires and make sure we totally happy with the work. 100% go with Smart Audio for your TV and Audio Visual installation. read more

Jimmy is the man! He did a great job mounting our 65" TV in our brand new house. He even texted me after the job was done and asked if the TV needed any adjustments. I would highly recommend him. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous! read more

It was great having Jimmy work on two projections on our home. We had a new tv mounted onto our fireplace and the old tv on that fireplace moved into our bedroom with both projects requiring for the cables/wires to be hidden. We are going for a new look in our bedroom and the tv mounted in a new area. He was always quick to respond to any questions and was great about asking how before, during and after how everything looked and if it was to our liking. Very professional and personable and really appreciate the time he took to walk us through everything. We definitely plan to use Jimmy again for our future projects. read more

Audio system was failing in our church meeting hall. I set up an appointment with Jimmy. He came on time and diagnosed the problem free of charge and gave us the recommendation. Due to our budget we could not choose the high end speakerd but at installarion he installed 6 x high end speakers which fit in our budget. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and left the place spotless after the installation. I will recomend to anyone or any organization. read more

After roof repair we needed our rooftop TV antenna reinstalled. I'm so glad we chose Jimmy and SMART Audio Visual. It's a solid five star rating all the way for Jimmy, his expertise, his pricing and his top notch service. He showed up on time, took his readings to figure out exactly where to place the antenna so we could "read" Mt. Wilson, then installed it securely. He then made sure our TVs got proper reception, cleaned up his bric a brac, and ascertained that we were fully satisfied. This is a full service operation from an accomplished gent. Thanks, Jimmy! read more

I had a great experience with Jimmy and Smart AV. He installed 4 tv's in my home one of which was a 70" Sony. I made the wrong choice with one of the mounts and regrets a week later and I called Jimmy and he gave no hassle and came back and switched it out for another one ( I needed it to tilt so I wouldn't get recessed lighting reflections). Jimmy is an honest and humble guys and I wish him and the Smart AV team all the best. read more

Fast and friendly! I needed to have my TV removed from my old apartment ASAP. All of the nearby competitors weren't available until Friday. Jimmy was available and made it from Fullerton to Rowland Heights in 20 minutes. OK. So that's not a big deal but it was to me. He took it down for $100 and I got my old TV back! I'll be sure to hire Jimmy again in the future! read more

Jimmy is AMAZING! I was stressed out because I wasn't able to uninstall my mounted TV from the wall, which my friend had installed. I had already moved out of my apartment yesterday and it was important that I get it unmounted and removed today. Other companies did not do same day service, but Jimmy was more than willing to help me in my time of need. He was very professional and friendly from the first time I called him. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services in the future! Thank you Jimmy! read more

Jimmy is a life saver!! For about 11 months before I found Jimmy on Yelp, I had to deal with a couple of referrals from our contractor, and those AV people left the job only partially finished and way over-charged. I really wish I had met Jimmy when the walls were bare, and he could have done the wiring. I actually got so frustrated with the other guys I let it sit for months, but I wanted to get it sorted before Christmas, so I went on Yelp. Reading the reviews on Jimmy and Smart Audio Visual were enough to give him a try, and I am SO happy I did! He came a couple of days, got everything we needed for reasonable prices and is very fair with his labor. He gets the job down great and is very reliable. You won't go wrong hiring him! read more

We are so grateful for Jimmy saving the day! He not only solved the speaker problem but did so in a timely manner! You're above and beyond SMART AV.... You're Brilliant! Thank you! read more

I can't say enough great things about Jimmy. He is "the man of all tech trades". He always came on-time and cleaned up after himself. We had him mount a TV through some intense brick paneling. He also installed several flush mount speakers inside our living room and my bathroom that way I can listen to music as I'm doing my hair and makeup. While he was at it, we thought he should install some speakers outside too for when we are entertaining. Jimmy not only installed all of our speakers, but he also installed all of our security cameras. He did all of this (speakers and cameras) in less than 2 days which I think is pretty quick considering he's a one-man team. Jimmy is awesome. I never felt for a second he couldn't be trusted...he was left in our house several times by himself and I never questioned it. If I refer him to my family, you know he's good to go! Thanks Jimmy!! read more

So my husband Phil did his research and shopped around for the best deals to set up our audio/ TV while our home was in the midst of a remodel. In this he stumbled across Smart Audio Visual and got in contact with Jimmy; he then came out and set up our livingroom TV and now is our go to audio guy. We recently created an ultimate man-cave in that setting up an awesome theater experience which Jimmy and his expertise put together for us. He not only made the stress of it seem easy he gave us the best prices for what we were in the market for. I recommend Jimmy to anyone in need of the best service and the best costs. read more

Unbelievable & simply awesome Service!! I called Jimmy after my Geek squad guy told me that he needs to go back and check for more options (post delivery my new 4k 70 inch TV). Jimmy was so sharp ghat he understood the concerns over the phone only. I sent him couple of pictures and within mins he responded with affirmative yes that he can do the job. He was at my house with 2 hours of first call. Let me explain the challenge I had to wall mount my TV. I only had one stud going in middle of recessed area where I wanted to put the Tv. I couldn't find a mount with single arm for 98 lbs TV. So he went out of the box to help reinforce wall with blocks of wood and my TV was mounted in less then 90 mins and what I clean job he did. All wires neatly tucked inside the wall. I am truly impressed with Jimmy's humble attitude and professionalism to deal with Customers. Honestly I was not 100% sure before calling him but have no regrets. Good lucky Jimmy and you have us as your loyal customers and raving fans. read more

I hired Smart Audio Visual to install a new receiver and set up my sound system so it would work properly. I was very pleased with Jimmy, the owner who was on time, clean cut, and well mannered. His professional work ethic was apparent and his knowledge of the receiver I bought from him was very good. He explained the set up he had done and told me if I had any problems to give him a call. I called him today and within 2 minutes he solved my problem, which I had caused by pressing a wrong button on one of my remotes. I highly recommend this company for any needs you may have with your home stereo equipment. Five stars for Jimmy Towner! read more

Smart Audio Visual is the place to call if you want to install security cameras, Ring doorbell, upgrade your entertainment system, or have a flat screen TV wall mounted. Jimmy came to work on a security system and I ended up having him fix other systems that weren't working correctly for us. I love that he put apps on my phone so I can control the zones for music in the house or turn on TV, Fire Stick, watch security cameras, or listen to Pandora. He is polite, pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Later when I had questions, he responded quickly. I highly recommend him! Thanks, Jimmy!! read more

After having tons of issues with my previous AV guy, I called Smart Audio Visual. Jimmy (the owner) came over within the next few days. He was on time, polite, and hardworking. I also felt that his cost was very competitive. He fixed the issues and spent a lot of time teaching me better ways to use my expensive systems (that the previous guy sold me and never took a minute to explain). A few days later, there was a glitch with something, I called Jimmy, he came right over and fixed it. He's a good guy and I highly recommend him. read more

The only person I trust to help me with all of the installations around my house is Jimmy! He came to my new apartment to help me mount my TVs, the same day I requested a quote because I wouldn't have time to schedule something later in the week. Not only did he help me with the TVs but also with hanging some art and putting together my bed frame because I did not have the tools to do the job myself. He made my move completely stress free!!! I will definitely be sending all of my friends to him for any of their installation needs!! Thank you Jimmy! read more

I had recently won a 55 inch Led HD TV at a Event I had gone to a few weeks ago. I had the perfect place for it in my bedroom wall, my husband wanted no part in mounting it on the wall. So, I called Jimmy to come over and mount it for me while my husband was at work to surprise him. He did a fantastic job! He cleaned up any mess that was left and even remove the box the TV came in. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this done. From now on, he is my go to guy for all my electronic needs... A. Raimondo read more

Jimmy gets five starts hands down. It was a very tricky job. The amplifier with subwoofer was in the other room and I had 5 speakers to install on the ceiling to create a surround sound in this room. He was relentless in measuring and installing it perfectly. New Bose speakers and their connectors are very tedious to deal with. The system works like a charm thank to Jimmy. It took lot more time than originally estimated and he could have charged me quite more than originally quoted. But he was a gentleman. I offered him extra compensation given how tricky the job was and how good he was in successful install. I had other room done by someone else and wanted to try a different technician. You can't go wrong with Jimmy. read more

We had the pleasure of having Jimmy come out to our home and mount our t.v. I wasn't home when he installed it, but from what my husband tells me jimmy worked his ass off. He went through a few drill bits and finally was able to get through the masonry on the fireplace. He was booked till February and managed to squeeze us in to his schedule.. so thankful for that! This is a great company highly recommend it. Thanks again Jimmy! read more

I highly recommend Jimmy at Smart Audio Visual! We had him over just yesterday to mount a 60 inch TV with all equipment like cable box, Wii, sound bar, Blu-ray, etc. We wanted no wires exposed and that's exactly what we got! The set up looks awesome and very clean! We also had him mount a TV in our bedroom together with a wall mounted shelving unit, as well as 2 more TVs in the kids rooms. All of our requests came very easy to Jimmy, including our last minute ones. Jimmy is easy-going and happy to help, and despite a few last minute requests, he never seemed annoyed or bothered but rather maintained his happy to help attitude. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. We are looking forward to calling him back as soon as we get to the backyard audio/visual phase of our new home.
