I can't say enough great things about Jimmy. He is "the man of all tech trades". He always came on-time and cleaned up after himself. We had him mount a TV through some intense brick paneling. He also installed several flush mount speakers inside our living room and my bathroom that way I can listen to music as I'm doing my hair and makeup. While he was at it, we thought he should install some speakers outside too for when we are entertaining. Jimmy not only installed all of our speakers, but he also installed all of our security cameras. Unbelievable & simply awesome Service!! I called Jimmy after my Geek squad guy told me that he needs to go back and check for more options (post delivery my new 4k 70 inch TV). Jimmy was so sharp ghat he understood the concerns over the phone only. I sent him couple of pictures and within mins he responded with affirmative yes that he can do the job. He was at my house with 2 hours of first call. Let me explain the challenge I had to wall mount my TV. I only had one stud going in middle of recessed area where I wanted to put the Tv. I couldn't find a mount with single arm for 98 lbs TV. So he went out of the box to help reinforce wall with blocks of wood and my TV was mounted in less then 90 mins and what I clean job he did. All wires neatly tucked inside the wall. I am truly impressed with Jimmy's humble attitude and professionalism to deal with Customers. Jimmy gets five starts hands down. It was a very tricky job. The amplifier with subwoofer was in the other room and I had 5 speakers to install on the ceiling to create a surround sound in this room. He was relentless in measuring and installing it perfectly. New Bose speakers and their connectors are very tedious to deal with. The system works like a charm thank to Jimmy. It took lot more time than originally estimated and he could have charged me quite more than originally quoted. But he was a gentleman. I offered him extra compensation given how tricky the job was and how good he was in successful install. I had other room done by someone else and wanted to try a different technician. He was able to come around 7pm since I wasn't going to be home until late. 2. He was the only person I called that assured me he would be able to take care of the job, everyone else asked me a million questions that I didn't know how to answer and wanted me to buy a bunch of things. 3. Jimmy left my house cleaner than when he came! Even though he drilled through walls there wasn't even a little dust left. He cleaned up everything and left it spotless! 4. He is simply just a really nice guy. Super friendly and listened. He was very patient. 5. Cherry on top...I had called him to hide my cable box and the wires but I also had an office area that just had wires everywhere and no room on the desk because of the wires and internet connections. I asked him if he had any suggestions on how to clean up the office and he stayed even later and finished the entire office project for me as well! 6. His prices can't be beat!
