I really like the layout of the store--it's easy to navigate, well organized, and makes shopping a pleasant experience. The staff is also always friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. I'm especially excited about the new Klatch Coffee addition! Klatch is one of my preferred coffee spots, so being able to grab my favorite coffee while shopping at Sprouts makes this location even more convenient. The employee leaned so far over the table while making the sandwiches that her clothing and body were practically over the food. I understand that everyone has different body types, but this is something that should be handled much more carefully for hygiene and food-safety reasons. On top of that, her attitude was not very friendly, which made the experience even less pleasant. It's unfortunate because the food and the place are great, but the lack of speed, cleanliness, care, and customer service really affects the overall experience. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback and that these areas can be improved.

Always love visiting here from time to time, especially to get some sake. The size of this Tokyo Central is also a bit bigger than most others, but I do feel like other TC's are more modern and cleaner than this one, but you still can't go wrong here. While shopping, I briefly left my cart unattended for a moment to grab an item nearby. When I returned, the cart was gone. I searched the store thoroughly but could not locate it. As a result, I had to go back and re-select everything I had already gathered. When I reached the butcher counter, I recognized the meats I had previously selected. The butcher confirmed that a newer employee had just brought the cart back. While I understand that an unattended cart can occasionally be moved by mistake, no effort appeared to have been made to locate the customer or confirm whether the cart was truly abandoned. I was left to redo my entire shopping trip and also lost my reusable bags, which were in the cart, forcing me to purchase replacements at checkout. What made the experience significantly worse was the interaction with the cashier, Jennifer. When I explained what had happened and noted that my reusable bags were missing, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or assisting, she repeatedly blamed me, defended her coworkers, and lectured me on how I should shop in the future. When I stated that this had never happened to me before, her tone became more condescending. It felt as though she was more focused on performing for the other employees nearby than resolving the situation or showing basic customer service. I understand that leaving a cart momentarily is not ideal, but the lack of any attempt to locate the owner, combined with the cashier's belittling and defensive response after I had already spent extra time re-shopping, left me frustrated. This was not the level of service I expect from Stater Brothers. I hope management will address this with the staff involved so other customers do not have a similar experience.

TJs carries their own brand that cannot be found in other stores. Their produce, dairy, bread, meats are primarily organic grown/made. The most sought-after item is their TOTE BAGS! They are made of denim, good for taking your lunch or snacks. It has an outer pocket and different color straps/handle. When they are released, there is a limit of four per customer. Be prepared to wait in line, but do not delay, they are guaranteed to sell out. The employees are the nicest and most friendliest of all grocery stores I have ever been you. It's easy to see they "like" their job and value the customers. You can buy flowers, ready made salads, canned and frozen foods, cookies, ice cream, and greeting cards at a bargain price, etc. The infamous TWO BUCK CHUCK wine is now three dollars, still a good value. On this visit I was pleasantly surprised to see Pumpkin Wine! I chilled it at home, it tastes like spiced cider.
