My favorite place here in ocala food is fresh and yummy food good shakes drinks and sliders smauce and queso is fire aswell.

I tried the new Smalls Sliders near SW 80th St. in Ocala, Fl today. Got 2 burgers fries and a drink. The burgers were great served on a tasty bun and the waffle fries were yummy and crispy served with a sauce I loved. The price was cheaper than McDonalds and the taste was better. I'm not a huge burger person but I love to try new places. Since I had been to White Castle on my last visit to Florida I thought I'd try this new place. It's a walk up or drive thru no dine in but I do believe there is seating outside in the front. Service was super fast and friendly. Now to the food. The burgers were DELICIOUS! Better than White Castle, which some would say isn't hard to beat, but I was told they are better than Culver's as well. Now that says a lot! The fries were good too. I'm not a fan of waffles fries from Chick fil A so I didn't think I would like these. Wrong! Great flavor and crispy. What's not to love. I can't wait to return to this little spot and "slide" in for some great food. read more

the first few times i had smalls it was my favorite place!! since they discontinued the smalls way and queso fries being cooked together instead of the sauces on the side i've stopped going. limited menu and the fries were my fav :( read more

Since my first review I've had smalls 1-2 times a week. Very good ! Very consistent. I'm not sure why it's related 3.5 ??? This place is the best. I think people were expecting a crystals frozen patty ! No no no. Service is always great ! Don't talk bad on my smalls '! read more

OMG! What a great burger and the best waffle fries I've ever eaten. I'm thinking this is going to be a Krystal or White Castle type burger but ooooooh no. Not even in the same boat!!! This is real beef, great sauce, pickles and buns!!! The 2 Slider meal is perfect at $9.39. Can't compliment this gem of a burger joint. IMHO, better than anything out there including McDonals, Wendy's Burger King, Butger Fi, 5 Guys and any others. Great job guys. Great job. read more

I stopped by here to get a quick snack to hold me over until dinner and I grabbed the biggie smalls slide and a sweet tea. I would definitely say for the price and the quality of food this is a big bang for you buck mine came in under $7 and provided exactly what I was looking for. If you're in the area, make sure you stop by and grab a slider. Hopefully the line through the drive-through is not too long if it is long though it's worth waiting for. read more

First time and it was sooo good. We had the 4 sliders add bacon. The Halloween shake and queso sauce. The sliders were cooked perfect with cheese. We always order pickles on the side and put it on your slider and yum. Would have loved more waffle fries but everything was delicious. Best burger drive-thru around. Their burgers and fries are so good! Definitely recommend adding a side of Smauce to your order.

Well I can tell you the first time we came here! Everything was great right after they opened however drove through the drive-through today on February 19 at 2 PM and I do not remembering adding blonde hair to my bacon. I did not start eating my burger until I got on the highway. I guess it's a good thing that my sandwich was thrown together sloppily which made me take it apart, saw something on my bacon and tried to pull it, and it was blonde hair wrapped around the bacon so therefore, I decided not to eat my food! So apparently, the first time I actually wrote a review I did not add it so I'm just gonna leave it here and add it to today's complaint. Today we asked the cashier not once not twice but three times if they had lettuce because we couldn't remember. After the second time she says OK take your time ordering I had to yell and say, do you have lettuce which she intern said no. On my cheeseburgers I only like mayo so I asked for those sauce and when I got to the window like I did the last time ask for a package of mayonnaise she said sorry we do not offer that so my husband told me I must've eaten it without it. I said no way I would need a burger without my mayo so he asked her and she said yes we used to, but we discontinued it was it too much work to have mayonnaise to pass it out to customers or to put mayonnaise on the burger instead of the smauce . The smauce has a spice to it and I cannot eat spicy foods due to a health condition. I do not proceed as coming back in the future. read more

I rated this a 3, I will go back because the food was good, but will not go back all the time. Tried to order sliders with Ketchup, light mustard, onion on one and their standard way on another and they said you cannot do that, you have to have it their way. Plus the wait took awhile even though they make them all the same. I was disappointed they only had beef sliders. Was hoping for chicken or grilled cheese options but no. AMAZING!! So happy they brought it to Ocala!!! The fries dipped in queso is a must along with a milkshake. Always get the sliders as biggies smalls because why wouldn't I??? I also love the outdoor seating area! The lights at night create a beautiful experience every time I go! read more

Food alone was a solid 4/10 the meat tasted like nothing. The fries were soggy and over soaked in cheese. The line was beyond long we were in it for an hour+. The person taking my order (I cannot remember her name) was nice but messed up one of our orders (ordered doubles w/ no pickles and got singles.) So we went up to the front and got the doubles but they had pickle on them. Not to mention the ordering system here is ridiculous. The menu says you can get a double w/ double cheese PER-SLIDER or bacon PER SLIDER. When I went to order it PER-SLIDER they said we needed it on every slider in the order. Enjoyed the sliders and fries. But was surprised patio and drive thru only, no indoor dining?

1) the line was ridiculously slow. 45 minutes to get through the line and get our food. Their setup is kind of like Chick-fil-a with people standing at the line to take your order, however the line was super slow, and they spent too much time chatting with the people in line. When you got around to the back of Smalls Sliders, the line was shrunk down to a single line so you could get to the window to get your food. They would have been better putting a door on the backside and having workers bring the food to you rather than driving to the window. That way they could maintain two lines and get the people through faster. 2) the food wasn't that great. the burgers were thin and were slider size to be expected (1/3 to 1/2 the size of a regular burger). The burgers were greasy and didn't task that great. Not horrible, but nothing to make me want to go back. The waffle fries were horrible. 3) I can't complain too much about the prices because all the fast-food prices everywhere have gone up, but dang. A 2-slider meal is ~$10 without an upgrade to get a small drink and small fry. A 3-slider meal is ~$12 without an upgrade, still getting a small fry and drink. 4) packaging was wasteful. Styrofoam lunch containers like you might get from a food truck or to-go from an actual restaurant. They need to take some pointers from other fast-food joints. All in all, 45 minutes of waiting for subpar food was a waste. We will not be going back there again. read more

We have drove by this a few times and decided to give it a try today. We parked and ordered at the window. It is a very limited menu. Burgers, fries, and shakes. We decided we would get the 4 slider meal to share because it was mid afternoon and we were not super hungry. This gave my teenagers the opportunity to try it also. The burgers come with cheeses, one pickle, and their sauce. We were told the sauce is Mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish. I wanted to get just one of the sliders without the sauce but that was not an option. I asked if the sauce could be put on the side to try but was told that I would have to pay 99 cents to add the sauce. I opted not to pay an additional 99 cents on top of the current $18 meal just to try the sauce that I had opted not to put on the sandwich. I am not sure if they have any other sauces because we were not offered any ketchup or mustard. They did have an option to add queso cheese for around $2.49, I believe. The burgers are edible and small but I did not find anything that was so great that I would ever go back. read more

Absolutely nothing special. This place is way way overhyped. It's a new place that just opened and the lines are ridiculous. However put that aside and the sliders themselves are ho-hum not even average. Very greasy. Fries are average. People will figure out this place is nothing special given a little bit of time. The sauce is absolutely disgusting and the quality of the rest of the burgers are below the standards of other high end burgers, especially Culver's burgers. You can get a double deluxe combo burger with medium fries and a coke for way less than you can get a two slider meal. Their waffle fries are terrible. The food is always really good and fresh. The servers are nice. When the line isn't wrapped all the way down 200 the service is quick.

I've never done a review before so the fact that I felt the need to write this says a lot. At the Ocala, Florida location there is absolutely ZERO indication of where to go for an online/mobile pick up. The mobile app also doesn't tell you where to go. My husband and I did two separate orders for 1:09pm pick up today. We went through the drive through and after almost 1hr of waiting in the drive through we were told that we had to "swing around" to pick up the mobile order. My husband asked the drive through person if we missed a sign stating where mobile pick up was - we were brushed off and just told to go park somewhere but wasn't really told where. Once we "swung around" there was still NOTHING to indicate where to go. My husband finally went up to the order window where he was told he had to wait by the "staff door" to get our now ice cold, soggy, 1 hour old food. This is unacceptable. A simple "mobile orders pick up here" sign like every other establishment has would have sufficed. Horrible first and only impression. read more
