First time here and it was very underwhelming. The sliders were not the best . The bread was just ok. The hamburger was barely dressed. The fries were good. The service was fast. The price doesn't match what you get. read more

Customer service is horrible never seen a fast food restaurant take 15 min to take my order with one car infront of me. Do better. And the attitude was as expected from a fast food restraunt. It's ur job people not my prob ur working on a Sunday at 9pm read more

When we called and asked them if they can take our order ahead of time bc we were ordering a lot. The young lady said "yes". Well when we got there they didn't make it yet and so we had to wait for over 30 minutes and it wasn't that busy bc we came after 9:00 pm. Then we wanted to order the sauce and we were short by like .05$ cent. Mind you our order was $80.00!! He should have just gave us the 2 sauce!!! When we got home after driving over 30 minutes and open the container. We ordered 25 sliders and they gave us 24!! Short us one slider and inside each sliders there were no sauce and 1 tiny pickle! So stingy!! They need to be more generous with their sauce and pickle like the SLIDELL locations!!! The Slidell location was fast & quick. This will be the last time I am going to this location!! You guys have lost my business!! read more

Food was alright, but the staff has no mannerism and are comfortably rude. I don't believe they've ever been trained in customer service. It's like they are pissed off we came in to the establishment to order food, which I was quite excited to try for the first time. I wouldn't come again and I would not recommend it for anyone else to go here either. read more

Friendly service. Always get my order perfect! (Big big plus!!) Conveniently located (close to WB Expressway and Lafitte) Best sliders I've ever had. Now if they'll just open back up! (oh yeah, did I say it's my favorite take out?) Love this place!! read more

Found the sliders were greasy. It is all outside seating. This establishment is set up for drive thru. The employees were polite

Burgers are really good and the fries are too. I don't have anything bad to say about them. Great food and great service.

My favorite cheat meal! Sliders plain with just cheese and meat, fries, and queso for dipping. No drink, I do water so I won't feel as guilty indulging in the deliciousness! Suburban feel, most people go through drive thru, but a few will sit out. read more

Great food, flavor was very good compared to other fast food. Great service great staff. There were about 3 orders ahead of me and they told they aired about 10 minutes. I waited about 15-20 minutes. They may of had a big order. But this wasn't fast food it was good food. Drive thru was backlogged as well. If you have patience it will be worth the wait. read more

The food was fresh and tasted awesome, the service was just as good. Also though the rest rooms were outside they were the cleanest I have been in any restaurant in the atl area. We will definitely come back the need more of these around Atlanta. read more

I finally ventured to Small Sliders, deciding to wait until the initial hype settled--because, you know, supporting our boy Drew Brews is a NOLA must. This fast-food gem offers outdoor seating and impressively swift service. The sliders, a highlight, boast a delightful buttery texture with robust flavors and well-balanced seasoning. The burger sauce, reminiscent of the iconic Big Mac sauce but elevated, is a winner--though I'd recommend doubling up on it for an extra saucy experience. Be cautious with bacon additions; while tempting, it can tip the cost scale if you're ordering generously. As for the fries, they opt for waffle fries--crispy and satisfying. In essence, Small Sliders lives up to its niche as a fast-food slider joint, offering a tasty experience that aligns with its premise. read more

THIS PLACE IS FIRE! Literally best fast food burger! I prefer this place over Shake Shack now even though it's more "simple". The flavor is perfect and that smauce!! Their waffle fries are also the bomb! The service was great and I love their vibe! read more

The wait was ridiculous since it's their grand opening so I understand it would be a wait. When I finally received my order I was a bit disgusted and disappointed on my slider. It was so greasy you can see from my picture how shiny the buns are! I threw away the buns and ate only the patties and used the waffles fries as a bun. I enjoyed my waffles fries slider but next time I would like to enjoy it with the buns that actually come with it. Their waffle fries reminded me of Rally fries. I asked for sweet tea and I got unsweetened tea. I might come back once they are less busy and staff are well trained to make a less greasy slider. read more

I came here opening week because I already heard so much hype. It was packed! The drive thru lines were wrapped around and didn't appear to be moving at all. We decided to go order at the window but both entrances to their parking lot were blocked with cones so we parked next door. The menu is fairly simple, sliders and fries. The price to add bacon was ridiculously high, I think like one dollar per slider! Fast forward 40 minutes and we finally got our food. It was delicious but for a place that only serves one thing I think they need to just keep the patties on the grill instead of cooking to order. Everybody is coming for the same thing and you can see how busy you are so that would make the most sense but hopefully with time they will figure out how to make the fast food experience faster read more

I like this place. Not the best sliders I ever had, but the sauces and fries really take it up a notch. Customer service is pretty good, and it's definitely one of the most unique looking chains I've seen in a while. read more

Delicious! Burgers were flavorful and just out right good. Even the fries. Service was slow but if the food stays good I don't mind the wait. It's a cute establishment and the outside seating looks nice. Def would visit again. read more

Decided to give this place a try since the lines are no longer long. They haven't been open that long and already the quality is subpar. When we arrived, there were no other cars in the drive-thru. Shortly thereafter, I could see several in my rear view mirror. Anywho. We ordered two #3s which were 3 sliders and waffle fries. I was not impressed. There was so little cheese, I couldn't taste it. Also, I could tell the burgers were not fresh because the cheese was overcooked and was being absorbed into both the bun and the meat. The Smauce was little to none, so basically the burger was dry. I ordered a side of queso and they gave it to me in such a small cup and it had the nerve to be half full. I will admit that the chocoloate shake was really good. I will not be returning. read more

You can go to dine in restaurant for the price of the sliders fries and a drink. The quality is just okay the fries are frozen

Like with anything it's important to learn what some place does best. For me smalls sliders are good! I had both singles and doubles over the last week and think I prefer the singles. Also, in my opinion, the pickle was overpowering, and they tasted much better without any pickles, the sauce seemed to conflict with what was a great patty and a soft brioche bun I would like the option of being able to order onion and I would like the option of being able to order mustard. So do that for me and you have got a customer for life. Something else that's really on point at smalls is their queso fries. The regular fries are outstanding think of an improved version of Chick-fil-A. I hope you'll give this a try and enjoy these tiny hamburgers at big hamburger prices. read more

i went to see what the hype was all about. i have say, i am confused about the hype. i am guessing we as a society just get caught up with local celebrities i found this to simply be overpriced fast food do not believe i will go back anytime soon read more

Simple and to the point. Smalls is a usual stop for us when we go to BR, but can soon get it in Metairie. Can't wait for the new store to open on Veterans. read more

Food was great, ordered a number 2, which included 2 sliders and fries. I got bacon on my sliders and a side of queso. Fries with queso was amazing. My favorite part about the place. The buns are room temperature which is a minor throw off but the inside is what matters and it was delicious. The employee who got our order was nice and friendly. We sat down outside during dusk so the heat wasn't bad. I'd recommend to give it a try! read more

Finally tried it today for lunch. Had no fries due to fryer being broken, and with only 5 cars in front of me it took 35 minutes to get 4 sliders and a drink for 17$.. Was really hoping for a new place for lunch but this is not the place. read more

I am decreasing my stars by 1 for the following reasons: Cost and customer satisfaction. After visiting Smalls Sliders at a different location a few weeks ago we decided to look into ordering a 'party pack' for gameday. No where on the website does it state pricing of regular meals, let alone the party packs. Why advertise them if there's little to no info? I visited their instagram, as a last resort, to find out many other customers have commented asking the same question about party pack pricing! The instagram page for Smalls just commented back to the patrons saying they've messaged them with further price details. Why are we being so sneaky and not putting it on display but they are advertising it? I know i'd love to pick up a tray of these delicious burgers but it was soooo difficult to get this info I ended up ordering wings from a nearby restaurant. This morning, I heard back from the instagram page. Pricing: 25 sliders it will run $59 before tax. That comes out to $2.36/per slider. When ordering a meal, subtracting the fries + drink cost, the burgers are $2.11. Why would it cost MORE to order MORE? Not that it deters me much but the fact I had to go through hoops for this info just to find out it would be cheaper to order individual meals was odd. read more

Smalls Sliders concentrates on purveying delicious small well seasoned burgers with delicious waffle fries. The fact that Smalls does not offer too many choices on hamburgers, helps them excel in the slider category. If you crave huge burgers this joint is not for you. If you crave a delicious, fresh and hot hamburger slider, this is a place to in get it. Due to the interest on this establishment, the wait from placing the order to being serve is approximately 25 minutes. The wait is well worth. Thumbs Up to Small Sliders! This restaurant offers drive thru and walk to window ordering. It offers an open air tables for those wishing to eat on the premise. read more

If I ask for no pickles that doesn't mean take the pickles off the sliders. Once that pickle touches the slider you can't remove that flavor. It contaminates the slider. Lazy employees need to make a new slider. read more

I mean, they're good burgers, but I don't know, I feel like they need something special. The fries are awesome. read more

Wow! What an overpriced/bland concept for a burger joint. Ten bucks for two small sliders and a pickle, waffle fries that were hot but not seasoned and a drink. Very few menu options to choose from. Won't be back and this chain will be in the rear view mirror in no time. Too much competition out there for a restaurant to put such little effort into a plan. However, the container concept was kinda cool, but that's all. read more

I went to Small's yesterday after being encouraged by my daughter and grandson. They love this place and can't stop raving about it. Me... not so much. First off, I searched their website to find out what exactly was in this "smauce". Nowhere could I find a list of ingredients. So, I certainly didn't want to risk putting it all over my burger if it was gross. Which left me with a hard, dried out burger, ONE pickle, on a very greasy bun. This was accompanied by a side of fries, that were a cross between popeye's and chick-fl-a. YUK! The diet coke was good. Coming from the eastbank, I don't think I'll make that ride again. Service was very good. Food was served hot and orders were accurate. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is terrible I gave them a second chance after a horrible encounter with a lady over the phone a couple of months ago. Let's start with the lifeless and cold shoulder I received from the guy that took my order outside. Proceed to the window and received attitude from the lady because I said I needed to pay cash. Finally received my food after waiting about 15 minutes made it all the way home to find out I'm missing food. I ordered 2 combos and I guess they decided to put it in one box and missing a whole slider. So then I called the store and spoke to a manger that said all he can do is replace it on his shift and didn't apologize or try and compensate me in any other way over the money I spent and didn't get food for. I 10/10 DO NOT recommend and will never return! read more

The sliders are terrific. The fries have a weird spice. Please consider fries without the spice. The service was slow today at 1230 and they forgot a few things we paid for, had to show our receipt to get four items that were missing. read more

We tried small sliders in Slidell and loved them so much that we wanted to try them again in our hometown (Marrero). The service was decent, but you should bring your patience with you. It took me one hour and 45 minutes to place my order in the drive-through. If you wish to receive your order in a fraction of the time, get off and place your order. It will be delivered much more quickly. In my opinion, management should have a more effective system in place. read more

Food was pure garbage! Sliders were greasy and the waffle fries were way overcooked. Won't be back.

Oh lord the slider is the size of a quarter! And mean that literally not metaphorically speaking... It's not worth the price! You will be better off going to Taco Bell and get the Chipotle Chicken Wrap for $2. It's more filling that tiny little slider. I was disappointed read more

Sliders taste decent but you are not getting what you pay for. Ordered a #3 with bacon and substituted my drink for a milkshake. After I completed my order and paid I was informed that the shake machine has just frozen. I guess a shoulder shrug costs the same as a milkshake upcharge at Smalls Sliders. Also, for an additional $.99 a slider you can have 1/3 of a piece of bacon added to each slider. At Smalls Sliders you pay 5 Guys Burger's and Fries prices for McDonald's level service and quality. read more
