The wait was ridiculous since it's their grand opening so I understand it would be a wait. When I finally received my order I was a bit disgusted and disappointed on my slider. It was so greasy you can see from my picture how shiny the buns are! I threw away the buns and ate only the patties and used the waffles fries as a bun. I enjoyed my waffles fries slider but next time I would like to enjoy it with the buns that actually come with it. Their waffle fries reminded me of Rally fries. I asked for sweet tea and I got unsweetened tea. I might come back once they are less busy and staff are well trained to make a less greasy slider. read more

I came here opening week because I already heard so much hype. It was packed! The drive thru lines were wrapped around and didn't appear to be moving at all. We decided to go order at the window but both entrances to their parking lot were blocked with cones so we parked next door. The menu is fairly simple, sliders and fries. The price to add bacon was ridiculously high, I think like one dollar per slider! Fast forward 40 minutes and we finally got our food. It was delicious but for a place that only serves one thing I think they need to just keep the patties on the grill instead of cooking to order. Everybody is coming for the same thing and you can see how busy you are so that would make the most sense but hopefully with time they will figure out how to make the fast food experience faster read more

Well when we got there they didn't make it yet and so we had to wait for over 30 minutes and it wasn't that busy bc we came after 9:00 pm. Decided to give this place a try since the lines are no longer long. They haven't been open that long and already the quality is subpar. When we arrived, there were no other cars in the drive-thru. Shortly thereafter, I could see several in my rear view mirror. Anywho. We ordered two #3s which were 3 sliders and waffle fries. I was not impressed. There was so little cheese, I couldn't taste it. Also, I could tell the burgers were not fresh because the cheese was overcooked and was being absorbed into both the bun and the meat. The Smauce was little to none, so basically the burger was dry. Like with anything it's important to learn what some place does best. For me smalls sliders are good! I had both singles and doubles over the last week and think I prefer the singles. Also, in my opinion, the pickle was overpowering, and they tasted much better without any pickles, the sauce seemed to conflict with what was a great patty and a soft brioche bun I would like the option of being able to order onion and I would like the option of being able to order mustard. So do that for me and you have got a customer for life. Something else that's really on point at smalls is their queso fries. The regular fries are outstanding think of an improved version of Chick-fil-A. I hope you'll give this a try and enjoy these tiny hamburgers at big hamburger prices. read more

Food was great, ordered a number 2, which included 2 sliders and fries. I got bacon on my sliders and a side of queso. Fries with queso was amazing. My favorite part about the place. The buns are room temperature which is a minor throw off but the inside is what matters and it was delicious. The employee who got our order was nice and friendly. I am decreasing my stars by 1 for the following reasons: Cost and customer satisfaction. After visiting Smalls Sliders at a different location a few weeks ago we decided to look into ordering a 'party pack' for gameday. No where on the website does it state pricing of regular meals, let alone the party packs. Why advertise them if there's little to no info? I visited their instagram, as a last resort, to find out many other customers have commented asking the same question about party pack pricing! The instagram page for Smalls just commented back to the patrons saying they've messaged them with further price details. Why are we being so sneaky and not putting it on display but they are advertising it? I know i'd love to pick up a tray of these delicious burgers but it was soooo difficult to get this info I ended up ordering wings from a nearby restaurant. This morning, I heard back from the instagram page. Pricing: 25 sliders it will run $59 before tax. That comes out to $2.36/per slider. When ordering a meal, subtracting the fries + drink cost, the burgers are $2.11. Why would it cost MORE to order MORE? Not that it deters me much but the fact I had to go through hoops for this info just to find out it would be cheaper to order individual meals was odd. read more

I went to Small's yesterday after being encouraged by my daughter and grandson. They love this place and can't stop raving about it. Me... not so much. First off, I searched their website to find out what exactly was in this "smauce". Nowhere could I find a list of ingredients. So, I certainly didn't want to risk putting it all over my burger if it was gross. Which left me with a hard, dried out burger, ONE pickle, on a very greasy bun. Let's start with the lifeless and cold shoulder I received from the guy that took my order outside. Proceed to the window and received attitude from the lady because I said I needed to pay cash. After I completed my order and paid I was informed that the shake machine has just frozen. I guess a shoulder shrug costs the same as a milkshake upcharge at Smalls Sliders. Also, for an additional $.99 a slider you can have 1/3 of a piece of bacon added to each slider. It took me one hour and 45 minutes to place my order in the drive-through. If you wish to receive your order in a fraction of the time, get off and place your order.
