Its like the last McDonalds on the way down to Lafitte. So that means they are usually packed. The order, if you get something special, will always be wrong. The playplace is kinda funky , as my kids tell me. Sometimes the employees have their kids in there probably the whole day while momma works, or sleeping in a booth in the mornings. Gotta do what ya gotta do. But seeing that always makes me sad and bummed that I came inside to eat. This is a last resort place to eat if I am absolutely starving or only have enough $$ for 2 double cheeseburgers. Place is typically clean, though in a bleachy cold way. Still doesn't make feel like its really clean. The managers seem oblivious to the pace and lack of pride the kids working there have. Far cry from the kids at Canes or Chick fil a. Also have that new dual drive thru set up, doesn't seem like it improves anything. read more

Worse McDonald's location there is. My Donald's also charges extra to use there app & doesn't issue refunds. Seems the worst that can happen when you consume processed low quality food isn't the only really bad thing that may take place. May they've put out of business!!! read more

My food was horrible I order a Spicy chicken sandwich, large fry and 10 piece nugget. My fry's look like they gave me a Medium order instead of large but it was fresh and hot! My Sandwich which I really wanted it was-so burnt the chicken was so dry and burnt i couldn't even eat it. I don't write reviews very often but this has to be the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. I was just looking for a quick snack at 3:00 on a Thursday. I didn't think it would be very busy and I could grab some "fast" food quickly. I've now been sitting in line for 30 minutes and still haven't gotten a large fry and a drink. I normally don't review fast food places, but wow, this McDonald's is TERRIBLE. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. I finally get to the window to get my food and the kid working hands me a drink and says, "I don't know if this is tea or not." I try it and it's coke. He has about 10 made drinks sitting in front of him. You can push down on the lids to know what drink it is, why not do that? Then he's complaining to me about how ready he is to get off and how he hasn't had a day off in a week... not what I really want to hear while I'm waiting on my food. This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and unfortunately, it's my local store. They never, ever get the drive through order correct! I literally have to check every item in the bag before I pull off, and 90+% of the time the order is WRONG! Last week was the last straw! I made a simple order of two quarter pounders and two fries to bring home. I was on the phone and forgot to check the order. Got home and there were two fish fillet sandwiches, nothing else. I'm NEVER going back to this store! Even if your order is right, they can't build a burger to save their lives! Ketchup oozing off one side, mustard off the other, burger half on the bun... I can't give this McDonald's a rating because there's no minus column, But if there was a minus column I would give this McDonald's the highest minus that would be allowed. This place is in SHAMBLE"S! From the employee's not caring about the customers to the manager not caring about how the employee's don't care about the customers. This place is FILTHY from the parking lot to the inside. It is so bad I'm surprised no one has gotten sick after eating the food from there. The place smell bad as well, like it hasn't been properly cleaned EVER! They must just be acclimated to it and that's not surprising. I've gone there a couple time in the hopes that things mite change, But they only gotten worse. A LOT WORSE!!!! The milkshake machine was broken for a long time witch stop me from going there in the first place. A LONG TIME like three months. Now it's fixed, But I haven't been there in a wile for the resins mentions above. I called there today just to make sure that it was still working and the women on the phone said yes and hung up the phone on me. Like I was doing something wrong by asking a question.
