McDonald's - Moldy McCrispy™ - Burgers Near Me - Marrero, Louisiana

Worse McDonald's location there is. My Donald's also charges extra to use there app & doesn't issue refunds. Seems the worst that can happen when you consume processed low quality food isn't the only really bad thing that may take place. May they've put out of business!!! read more

0 stars to be fair I don't think I have ever waited in a drive-thru for so long, and it was for breakfast I had 6 cars in front of me and waited 25 minutes. Pretty incredible I must say. Corporate should shut this place down or fire everyone especially the manager. read more

This McDonalds is a complete shithole! The service is so bad they make shitty service at other restaurants look like 5star dinning! Fuck this place read more

They do not know how to run this place. I am still waiting on my mobile order inside and it has been 34 minutes so far There's only 5 customers inside The food was cold by the time they had given it to me. No one was working the front register. The only time you could speak to someone was if you caught them walking by. Do not come here read more

Horrible. Waited 45min for some cold fries. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this McDonald. And the service was even worse.

0 starts to be accurately honest they unprofessional and NEVER ANSWER THE STORE PHONE

My food was horrible I order a Spicy chicken sandwich, large fry and 10 piece nugget. My fry's look like they gave me a Medium order instead of large but it was fresh and hot! My Sandwich which I really wanted it was-so burnt the chicken was so dry and burnt i couldn't even eat it. My nuggets was cold like if they wasn't sitting in the heater I had to put in air fryer ‍I wasted 12 dollars for nun. I usually never have problem food always A1 and service good but tonight i was disappointed. read more

First impression it's like most McDonald's! The tenders aren't bad but a little hard making it harder to bite in. I don't know why but sauce now cost 29 cents which I very much rather Raising Cane's sauce which left me in confusion why is it so expensive this was just a quick cheap lunch review enjoy!! Also the fries are some salted some not read more

0 stars if i could leave that. Asked for sauce and the girl slammed the window closed and walked away.

I love bacon Mc griddled my favorite thing for them is the hash brown and chicken nugs I love the honey mister susa

Its like the last McDonalds on the way down to Lafitte. So that means they are usually packed. The order, if you get something special, will always be wrong. The playplace is kinda funky , as my kids tell me. Sometimes the employees have their kids in there probably the whole day while momma works, or sleeping in a booth in the mornings. Gotta do what ya gotta do. But seeing that always makes me sad and bummed that I came inside to eat. This is a last resort place to eat if I am absolutely starving or only have enough $$ for 2 double cheeseburgers. Place is typically clean, though in a bleachy cold way. Still doesn't make feel like its really clean. The managers seem oblivious to the pace and lack of pride the kids working there have. Far cry from the kids at Canes or Chick fil a. Also have that new dual drive thru set up, doesn't seem like it improves anything. read more

terrible service, i'm waiting in line right now for about a hour for breakfast and can't even get it anymore

I don't write reviews very often but this has to be the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. I was just looking for a quick snack at 3:00 on a Thursday. I didn't think it would be very busy and I could grab some "fast" food quickly. I've now been sitting in line for 30 minutes and still haven't gotten a large fry and a drink. You would think with that wait time the building would be wrapped there only 4 cars in line. On top of all that, the fries are cold. Do better McDonald's! read more

I normally don't review fast food places, but wow, this McDonald's is TERRIBLE. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. I finally get to the window to get my food and the kid working hands me a drink and says, "I don't know if this is tea or not." I try it and it's coke. He has about 10 made drinks sitting in front of him. You can push down on the lids to know what drink it is, why not do that? Then he's complaining to me about how ready he is to get off and how he hasn't had a day off in a week... not what I really want to hear while I'm waiting on my food. To top it all off, once I finally get my food my fries are barely warm. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

OMG. I us ually love McDonalds but when I went here I was in absolute terror. It is not right for a woman so young to be that rude, I will not say her name due to privacy reasons. I wanted to hop over that counter and hurt her. She was so weird. I do not want to be racist but she was also black. I almost didn't even get my freaking for until 45 minutes later. Whenever I did get my food I was absolutely disgusted. there was maggots in my burger. I can inform you that I will never be stepping foot in that McDonalds ever. And the person reading this shouldn't either. read more

Just horrible they never have anything cooked the wait time is ridiculous then the order is screwed up every time I

the reason why this is one star because I asked for a large fry and the very contra ear looked like a medium fry I asked for more And the manager had an attude read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and unfortunately, it's my local store. They never, ever get the drive through order correct! I literally have to check every item in the bag before I pull off, and 90+% of the time the order is WRONG! Last week was the last straw! I made a simple order of two quarter pounders and two fries to bring home. I was on the phone and forgot to check the order. Got home and there were two fish fillet sandwiches, nothing else. I'm NEVER going back to this store! Even if your order is right, they can't build a burger to save their lives! Ketchup oozing off one side, mustard off the other, burger half on the bun... WTF? read more

This is usually my coffee stop place so I gave it 2 stars, HOWEVER, I figured I'd give the food a shot. Beware parents, the hamburger happy meal was COVERED in salt and pepper. So so salty. Completely inedible! Glad my kid didn't try to get that down. Need better training. read more

so slow that sometimes i believe i could go in there and cook it faster myself. will never see another penny of mine. hate this place.

I can't give this McDonald's a rating because there's no minus column, But if there was a minus column I would give this McDonald's the highest minus that would be allowed. This place is in SHAMBLE"S! From the employee's not caring about the customers to the manager not caring about how the employee's don't care about the customers. This place is FILTHY from the parking lot to the inside. It is so bad I'm surprised no one has gotten sick after eating the food from there. The place smell bad as well, like it hasn't been properly cleaned EVER! They must just be acclimated to it and that's not surprising. I've gone there a couple time in the hopes that things mite change, But they only gotten worse. A LOT WORSE!!!! The milkshake machine was broken for a long time witch stop me from going there in the first place. A LONG TIME like three months. Now it's fixed, But I haven't been there in a wile for the resins mentions above. I called there today just to make sure that it was still working and the women on the phone said yes and hung up the phone on me. Like I was doing something wrong by asking a question. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE MANAGER THERE? (and I answer) they only care about one thing getting there pay check and going home. So in conclusion, To whom ever owns this franchise, It's time to start thinking about your costumer base instead of the people that work there. Because I intend to start a BOCOT of your McDonald's. You can't let this go on any longer with out having repercussion. read more
