Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection, road test vehicle. I watched the entire process, here is what they did: They changed the oil and filter, maybe checked (some of) the fluids. Nothing else. Most concerning, once they lowered the car off the lift, they started it and DID NOT check the oil level again. Like most shops they pre-measured the oil to add to the car after draining the old oil. This is a fine system as long as you get all the old oil out (spoiler - this doesn't happen as consistently as you might think). Too much or too little oil can have disastrous consequences. After an oil change, you run the car and re-check the level. This is peak half-assedness. I wouldn't come back here again or recommend that anyone does.

Doesn't care about customer rapport, quotes outrageous prices for simple jobs, and never picks up the phone or returns phone calls. I haven't had a call answered or a voicemail returned in over a year. If you're able to get through, the work done by Will and Justin is top notch, but you may be faced with an exorbitantly inflated price tag by Miguel. Very unfortunate but I have no other choice than to find a new mechanic, because communication has been one-way for too long and trust has been eroded.

He found that all four brake rotors were rusted (which I got the dealer to fix for free, saving me $700), but gave the car the all clear besides that. Overall, an extremely friendly and useful experience. Here's the kicker, though: because he had made me wait for 20 minutes or so, he insisted that I not pay him anything for the inspection. Wow.

TLDR: Probably my best experience ever here after working with many shops…read more I hit a pothole 2 weeks ago and car was vibrating and steering wheel is crooked. I went to the Herb Chambers dealership in Sudbury and was told besides my 4 bent wheels, the front right tie rod is bent. I was a bit suspicious and I know the tie rods are not so easily bent even you hit a pothole and the problem should be most probably alignment. I called BPG after visiting another local shop having the issues confirmed. They are easy to communicate with and super friendly. After getting my wheels fixed at another shop, I dropped my vehicle at BPG. The alignment is done quickly and the honest people here didn't try to upsell anything and told me the tie rods looks good once again! I got my car back same day today and the car is driving smooth as before now! And they provided the wheel alignment angles data which the dealership will never provide you by giving all kinds of excuses like 'We don't usually do this'. And the pricing is very reasonable as well compared to the dealerships and other shops. I will definitely be back again. You guys owned my business.

They offer rides if you're local if your car is going to be a while. Victor helped me both times I needed work done on my car and it's always been a very pleasant experience. Very communicative and friendly. Kelly is also super friendly too. They even have resident birds and turtles - very unique for a mechanic shop. I don't know much about the technical aspects of cars and knew I had to buy something used to afford it... ...and then I found the perfect car (after a lot of research and shopping around). A few years old, but only 16k miles on it after a light lease. There were some cosmetic things, but they were minor and I wanted the car. The dealership promised to fix what I pointed out and thoroughly look through everything and when I returned everything checked out great. My dad recommended getting a third party evaluation as a safeguard and thank God I listened and found Eurosport down the street. The car was sh*t. It was hemorrhaging oil, had been sloppily repainted and the dealership had used very cheap parts to fix the breaks, replace tires, etc. Probably more wrong too... after so few miles. Nick and Tony saved me from making a horrible, life-impacting purchase with their affordable, thorough and honest evaluation/advice. When I finally found another A6 that fit the profile, I brought it to Eurosport again (even though it was much farther away this time). Nick and Tony again outdelivered by finding every part out of place. Even though the car had many more miles (40k) and wasn't perfect, they recommended I buy it. They even gave me the second inspection free with a ton of other valuable advice. I know this is a long post and I'll save the rest for my memoirs, but I really do appreciate everything they did and I am very happy with my car a couple months later.
