My husband and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary here, and it was absolutely amazing! From…read morethe moment we arrived, everything was simply beautiful. The atmosphere was laid-back, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a special day together. The food was delicious, and the frozen sangrias were absolutely divine! One of the best touches was receiving a complimentary wine glass with every drink, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff was welcoming, the vibes were chill, and the entire winery had such a warm and inviting feel. This is by far my favorite winery, and I can't wait to come back. If you haven't checked this place out yet, do yourself a favor and visit. You definitely won't regret it!!!!

However as soon as we walked up to the grounds, we were greeted by a very rude host saying we were not allowed on premises. Not even to sit and tale a few pictures. When we asked for the Manager he came over and tried to make it right and told us he would allow us to take pictures. But my family felt that after such a rude welcome that it left all of us with a bad experience so we decided to leave. After a 2 hout drive to come to this place for a bad experience, its not worth it. And I would say, please go somewhere else. Wouldn't want you all to deal with the same hassle and bad experience. ONE AND DONE!!!!

DO NOT HAVE A WEDDING HERE!!!! Simeen is horrible to work…read morewith and does not honor all her husband promises couples. they never meet with couples at same time, he lures them in with promised and she does not honor them!!! Venue is outdoors so beware that their is NO place to go inside if bad weather and they charge extra for every little thing!!! For the price of the venue, you get nothing else from them. So many venues out there that will cater to a bride and groom. you cannot decorate reception area until 6pm, which means YOU are NOT decorating it due to being at the wedding sight. more money to spend as you would need to hire someone to decorate it for you. Guests cannot be at reception area until 630, so by time everyone is shuttled up there, do dinner, cake, toasts etc, you will be lucky to get 2 hours of music and dance. It has to end at 10pm in spite of the contract stating you get venue to 11pm, that last hours is so YOU can clean it for them since they do NOTHING!!! Bride and Groom suite are on a hill that you get at 3pm, so have hair and make up done before you get there a you get time to change and then go do photos before the ceremony. Not sure why she wont let them have these sooner, no one is using them. Bride will walk down hill that has a gravel path to wedding sight, I just see issues with that, falling down, twisting an ankle, dress being filthy. We tried to work with her, she was very difficult. She took our money and refuses a refund of any kind because she is a greedy you know what!!! I hope these reviews are worth it, I paid for them so enjoy these Simeen!! They also say they can cater a smaller wedding 75 or less. We asked about this and were basically told we really should use a caterer!!

We really like coming to this winery because we can get wines made in Missouri or made on The west coast. I love the venue because it is beautiful looking out to the country side. We could sit inside or outside. I was surprised and delighted that they had live music on Wed. night. Our waiter was fine except he confused everyone's bill and had to redo them. No biggies it was all straighten out in the end.

Chandler Hill's wine dinners are wonderful... fantastic food and location, paired with wonderful wines; enjoyed with my wonderful wife and sometimes with other couples... these dinners let you get away from it all... so close to home... if Manchester extended straight west, we would be 10-15 miles away; instead we enjoy the beauty of the the hills and curves of Highway 94... such a nice drive... to a great winery with fantastic views... on a property next to that which Daniel Boone owned... to a property where a former slave, Joseph Chandler, worked the land as a free man... - - - All can attend the wine dinners...Chandler Hill's Wine Club members can attend at a discounted price... - - - Tonight's dinner was hosted by Scott and the Chef, a fantastic wait staff (Carrie, Ross!!) and kitchen crew... thank you to each and all! The dinner... five courses, all paired with wines from Northern California to Washington: First Course: Candied Chinook salmon (smoked on low heat ~250 and brushed with maple syrup every 5-10 minutes), crisp latke, nori creme fraiche (cream similar to sour crème but not sour, but tasty!), and salmon roe Wine: T. Berkley "Blanc" 2024; Lake County, CA Second Course: Wine-poached red Anjou pear, Roquefort, roasted filberts (nuts), baby arugula, honey vanilla vinaigrette Wine: Real Wine Chardonnay 2022; Columbia Valley, CA I don't remember the last time I drank Chardonnay; it just doesn't agree with me... Scott made a great pick with this bottle... a fantastic wine... thank you, Scott!! Third Course: Miso black cod, purple sticky rice, baby bok choy Wine: Seven Springs Pinot Noir 2023; Willamette Valley, OR Fourth Course: Elk loin chop, blackberry demi glaze, chanterelles, roasted parsnip purée Wine: Sanguis "The Highlands" 2020; Santa Ynez Valley, CA Fifth Course: Golden profiteroles (puff pastries), doing raw vanilla ice cream Wine: Schramsberg Demi Sec 2021; Napa Valley, CA President Reagan apparently picked Schramsberg as the wine for dinners at The White House, and all administrations since have continues serving Schramsberg - - - Gluten free (gf) food options are available; if you book wine dinner reservations online, remember to note your diet needs in the z comment field (that is also a "note roll to self").... - - - A great night with my wonderful wife!! - - - We look forward to returning for Sunday brunches, a wine Barrel room tastings, and just to be there in an afternoon... They have a small inside area with a bar where you can sample some wines and make your purchase. There is a HUGE outdoor area with a covered section of tables and other tables that overlook the grapes. The view is amazing! They also had live music outside which added to the vibe. I got a wine flight and honestly didn't really enjoy the ones I picked which is why this is a 3.5/5 for me. The location, the view, the knowledgeable and friendly staff all make this a worthy spot to visit. Even though I didn't enjoy the wines because everything else was great I will be back to try another round of wines.

There are lots of seating options outside. On the day we visited, there was live music in their large heated tent. In terms of wine, their offerings include dry, sweet and sparkling wines plus gluten-free sangrias and ciders. Servers were very knowledgeable and helpful getting us some selections that they thought we would enjoy (including samples to help us make a choice). There are curated flights of 4 for $10 or you can create your own customizable flight for $12. The wine was okay (the Chambourcin was my favorite). We really enjoyed their canned sangrias and brought some home. Their cider is excellent as well. You can bring your own picnic, which we appreciate since we have food allergies. There were lots of snacks for purchase, plus hot food. Dogs are not allowed (except service dogs). Plenty of parking right outside their main building.
