We were seated right away and our server was super helpful and had great recommendations. The menu is huge and everything sounded really good. They feature some things that you don't see elsewhere in town, like the Cudighi, which is a Yooper classic! Nate ordered that and I got the firecracker salmon bowl. I really enjoyed the food - the salmon bowl was a good portion and very fresh. I liked the veggies and the flavor was Asian-inspired. The Cudighi sandwich is basically a pizza sub with a spicy sausage patty that's been baked in mustard. It's unique and interesting, and Nate enjoyed it. We don't get to the NW side of town that often, but I would make a special trip to visit Roasted again. They have weekly specials and features, and a Saturday prime rib dinner!

Most of all, we appreciated the hospitality and the fact that the food was good despite the Saturday rush. The patio area is so cute also even though we didn't get to experience it!

I got carry out so I can't really comment on the overall atmosphere. I ordered Triple Lost Art Burger ($14). This is 3 smash patties with American cheese and grilled onions and I got mine with their Bbq Bacon sauce. It was excellent. Very good quality meat that was cooked perfectly. It is going in st number 5 on my Grand Rapids-ish burger list. I also got an Oklahoma Slide ($4.50). This was very good, but get the fully burger. I also got their Bbq Hot dog ($4.50). This was an excellent hot dog. Their burger is better, but if your in the mood for a dog this is an excellent choice. Overall this is definitely a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely.

Great people. Another special is their deep fried asparagus. I want to try this soon.

Many brands were local that I'd never heard of before, and it was fun to experiment and try new things. Their food menu honestly shocked me with how tasty everything was. For a board game bar, I usually expect food to take a back seat or be phoned in, but everything was delicious! I had to try the elote deviled eggs, which was a combo I had never considered but I'm so glad someone did! I also got the truffle mac and cheese and a house salad. Both were excellent! The board game selection was extensive, with old favorites and hidden gems. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be sure to stop in again!

I ordered the Classic Margaritas and my wife ordered a bottle of root beer. My Margarita was bland, slightly bitter and no resemblance to a classic margarita I've grown accustomed to. For my entree, I ordered the Short Rib manicotti. And, to be honest, I could not find a shred of short rib anywhere in the dish. The manicotti was stuffed with cheese and covered with a cherry Demi-glas and between the two ingredients, they overpowered the dish. I couldn't finish it. For desert, we shared a dish that consisted of layers of puff pastry with a cream cheese filling. The desert was delicious. Overall, the decor was interesting, albeit the seats were very low at a considerably small table. We have no reason to return.

We thought our drinks looked great but tasted just ok.. our favorite was probably the naked and famous (well-balanced unlike some of their citrus-forward drinks). For food I got the chicken and rice, and the tenders tasted like they'd been previously frozen, the sauce was very thin but decent and the cold rice was a good choice for it. My husband really liked his spicy udon noodles and the presentation was great. Might give them another shot with just drinks next time!

It was pretty busy, which wasn't surprising with the games going on, but it still had a fun atmosphere. I was especially excited that even though the Michigan game was on, they had the Michigan State game playing on the TVs on the outside deck where we were seated. It was actually a really nice day to sit outside, and I'm guessing that deck is an especially fun spot during the summer. This was our first time there, and it definitely seems like a great place to watch games, with plenty of TVs throughout. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us regularly. The food did take a little longer than we expected, but once it came out, everything was good. The nachos were probably my favorite--huge plate, very generous serving, and really tasty with the queso. I'd probably add pickled jalapeños next time if they're available. I also ordered some additional salsa, which ended up being pico and was an extra $2!? but it was still good. My wife and kids all enjoyed their food as well, so overall we really couldn't complain. The drinks were good too--I had a Bloody Mary that was pretty solid, and we enjoyed ciders as well. Overall, I'd give it about a 4.2 out of 5. It seems like a fun, laid-back spot, especially if you're looking for somewhere to watch a game with good food, plenty of TVs, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We'd definitely consider coming back.
