Wide open spaces full of plenty of dining tables. The outdoor space offers picnic tables and smaller tables, all spread out and offer views of the stage. Live music starting on Wednesdays and going into the weekend. I ordered a rustic burger. Fantastic flavor and juicy not over powering. Watch out for the green chile, it will make some tear up. The servers were all super friendly and always with a smile on their face. Thank you for a great first visit.

Our server Luke absolutely made the brunch . He was attentive without being overbearing, super knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. If you're coming to The Rustic, ask for Luke--he truly elevates the entire experience. We'll definitely be back! No frills but a good time. A great place for a birthday celebration. There's karaoke and a nice set up at that. They also serve hookah. The DJ was spinning. Nice lighting. The bartender hooked me up with some really delicious cocktails. Yes she was a real bartender/mixologist she came up with some drinks based off my preferences and they came out just right. The drinks are reasonably priced. I also had their wings and fries. Loved the crust on the wings it was crispy and flaky. The fries were real long hand cut fries. Again reasonably priced. They do add gratuity which is something I really can't stand. I noticed that certain establishments do this and I think it is really low class to do that. To assume that the type of patrons you attract are not the ones that like to tip is again low class. I am a very good tipper and I don't appreciate someone adding something for me. It kills the vibe because while you are taking 18% I might have thought you did an amazing job and wanted to give you 25%. I am not going to point out the places that do this but there is a certain demographic and I don't visit those places after I see how they nickel and dime you for things that are standard at other establishments. With all that being said I really think this is a nice spot that I would like to visit again. Just a night out with the girls.

Drinks are good and strong and the vibe is nice. I came on a night when someone was having a birthday party. Would love to check it out on when a special event isn't going on.

A few different bars - lobby or just inside the theater to keep you hydrated. Parking can be easy on Greenville in certain places if you know where to look although as new restaurants are opening nearby I'm gonna lose my go-to parking. Love that the CD World owner bought this place years ago and made it such a great venue. Also love that it's in my hood.

Think I heard it holds about 400 people. There's a bar in the back, and a bar to the side of the stage, so it was pretty easy to get a drink at all times (important!). I can't really comment about the sound because the Buzzcocks played LOUD, but I enjoyed it, even when I went deaf. The opening band wasn't really my cup of tea, so we all went out to the patio. A huge patio at that. It was fun looking at the Dallas skyline and watching the hoochie mama's below going to the Pittpull concert. Hello silicone, but I digress. I didn't really mind paying $4.50 for weak cocktails, or $4 for Shiner, even when it was poured in a plastic cup. The bathroom attendant was so unnecessary, though. Is she always there? There are only two bathroom sinks, and we were at a punk show ferfucksake. Any who. I felt the venue was solid for what it does, and the fact that I was able to get so close to punk legends sealed the deal.

That can only be accomplished by being up close and personal. The loft is so much more intimate than the Palladium below. The bartenders can get busy, especially between sets, but don't worry they'll get to you. Between sets take a breather on their awesome balcony. Take some pics with your friend/significant other with the Dallas skyline. With all these positive marks you would expect a 5 star review. Sadly, the band line up is pretty limited. My favorite recurring band are the Spazmatics. I wish they could take a cue from Granada's rotation. Still, if your favorite band comes, it's a no brainer! Band with a view

Although they offered seating down low, it was constantly rotating on availability depending on the performers. If I wanted to find a seat, I could have. I mostly stood near the bar which wasn't too crowded since it was an all ages event. After standing there for about 2 hours, they did ask us to move to the end of the bar for potential customers .. there never really were more than 3 people ordering at a time, but we still moved. We got tall boy White Claws and it was the perfect sipper drink. The lighting and sound was good for the experience here and they had plenty of vantage points (including a VIP upper floor). Security wasn't bad, I didn't bring a bag, so I breezed through. There's a large parking structure right behind the TBF, so walking over was very easy too. We did initially have handicap people in our group who opted not to attend after we shared that the surrounding sidewalks were not very level and that the amount of people might be a little tricky for navigating with a walker. All in all though, I had a great time here!
