It's quite a cramped shop and they have filled it as best they can. On the left hand side is the organic, whole foods that are all sourced from Fair trade marked groups keeping with the shops ethical policy. The right hand side is for the sweet, sweet drugs. They stock all sorts of natural remedies and pick me ups straight from natures pharmacies all over the world. The staff are passionate about what they are trying to promote and can get a little on the preachy side, but its their shop after all.

Will have protein shakes, smoothies and food ready to go. I was chatting to the girl working and she was really friendly and helpful with the products. She mentioned several new products they had on order that I usually buy from musclefood online so im very excited to see someone local is stocking. The owner runs a few local gyms and is one of the best supps distributor in Ireland. Glad to see he is back in the city centre. Will update review once ive tried some more products.

This shop also has many additive and preservative free products such as jams and preserves. I bought some lovely rhubarb and ginger preserve to go on some wheaten bread my friend made for me. I nearly ate the whole jar in one sitting - so nice. Bizarrely, as I was leaving I noticed a poster asking if anyone had seen a white owl about the place. I saw one a few days ago in a tree in Portaferry so I rang up. Nothing to do with the shop but Bizarre all the same.

I wanted to try some sample sizes of protein. They give me them for free!!!. I have had bloating with the protein I am on at the minute so was looking for an alternative. They answered all my questions over Facebook and helped me more when I came into the shop. Annoyed that I have not been in here before now. A lot of the stuff I looked at I pay more for online. Could have saved myself time and wasted money buying the wrong things. They have lots of stock from drink containers to snacks. The snack bars are the cheapest I have seen anywhere. Super impressed. I particularly like their range of environmentally friendly Ecover household cleaning products and vast selection of vegan and vegetarian foods. Plus Eatwell's stock chilled goods including tofu, Violife dairy free cheeses, Swedish Glaze ice cream and vegetarian haggis etc. They also have a full section filled with cosmetics, creams and shampoos; in conclusion Eatwell's have it all! Holland and Barrett dispenses a large range of dieting supplements, body building powders, vitamins and joint care products. The store does have a wide range of herbal products and vitamins, but for me, therein lies the problem. Stores like this are useful if you have a specific thing you have deficiency in like zinc or iron or something similar. However, as professed by scientific opinion and that of Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory, the multi vitamins that places like this like to sell by the wheelbarrow load are unable to be properly processed by the body and are nothing more than the ingredients for expensive urine! Focusing on the positives however the sore does a good range of herbs and spices for cooking, which is a far better use of your finances!
