He told me where to take the lawn mower and what to expect. I arrived at the company and after just a few minutes, I was greeted by an employee. He asked pertinent questions and removed the lawn mower from my car, checked it and put in into a bin. All I had to do was stand there and watch. His name is Eric, he is very pleasant and professional. Once again, thank you Eric. I recognized the area I when had driven in. My father had worked for the company located there in the late 1960's. Called salvage and auto pickers, most didn't even want them as a gift, one would take them off my hands, and only Reno Salvage would take them and pay me 30 cents a pound. This is a huge facility, I found the staff pleasant and helpful, they direct you where to go, where to park and basically stay safe as lots of massive trucks and equipment coming and going.
