After several minutes, there were others and they went to the other side of the counter (which is supposedly the right side) and those people were served first while we were literally staring the server in their eyes. Next, my 7 yo asked for a cup for water, they proceeded to the drinks fountain and inadvertently selected some clear liquid, supposedly soda. My daughter does not know how to drink soda mind you. From the counter, the server called out my daughter saying loudly those cups are for water. She just barely put the drink down on the table and hasn't even had a chance to realize she pour the wrong drink. This experience has traumatized them being called out in public like they were thieves. We ordered several items but we did not have the stomach to eat the food anymore.
