My husband and I came to Slice Factory after getting a mailer with several coupons. I've never had Slice Factory before. Their slices of pizza is huge compared to most places that sell pizza by the slice, so you definitely get your monies worth. The only down side is that the slices have already been made, so when we walked home about 5 minutes away, it wasn't as fresh as a whole pizza would be. The toppings on the jumbo slice is also generous, and I'll definitely be back. But I'd recommend getting a whole pizza, so that it'll for sure be fresh and piping hot. My 85 dollar delivery order never arrived. This is the second time this has happened. Thought the first time was a mistake. Apparently not.

On Tuesday Dec 31st, Me and my girlfriend went to go grab slices for lunch from this place and everything was good no problems with the staff, but the food, the pizza really messed me up. Later that night I was vomiting, and worse it gave me diarrhea and stomach pains. I am not satisfied at all. I would not come here again. It would be nice to get a refund for the amount of pain I've been through. read more

A nice spot to visit when you want a quick bite to eat or do not feel like cooking. The slices are so big that I compare it to eating half of a medium pizza. They also offer to cut the pizza for you which is nice. Although an uncut slice would make a great 'bite selfie'! read more

I cannot tell you how absolutely disgusted I am with Slice Factory! I called multiple times to place my order ahead of time. It was slightly before midnight when I called. No answer. Literally staring the cashier and the cook right in the face from my car as he stood looking aimlessly. I proceeded to come into the store and voice my concern regarding him not answering the phone in which he pointed to the phone and stated, "it never rang". Then he went to the back and got the cook to bring him to the front for what reason I don't understand. Big zero if I could for this trash establishment! I already hardly eat from here as it is. I work at a near by High School and needed my pizza's delivered at a very specific time. I drove to the Slice Factory and paid in full and gave very specific instructions. Needless to say the pizza's were 10 minutes late and caused a big problem logistically. We all loved the pizza but the lateness was a big problem. My students gave me a big problem because I paid for the pizza's ahead of time. Even my students knew that they did not care once they got the money. Everything was good except the delivery, I know it sounds petty but that one aspect is the deal breaker for the Slice factory. I do two big pizza lunches a month and I have been trying pizza establishments around the neighborhood. This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and unfortunately the food is good but customer service it's not that great I place my order for pickup and when I went to pick it up not only wasn't ready they didn't even have my order working on and they didn't even offer any type of help to try and find my order. I had to call GrubHub to cancel my order and place my order again with them again not an apology or nothing. I work in the food industry and I know bad customer service when I see one they all look like young kids so whoever was the manager on duty needs to be retrained. Visited Slice Factory for the first time ever today and I can sage you say I'll be back for another visit! I tried the pepperoni jumbo slice while my boyfriend had the BBQ pulled pork jumbo slice. I love pizza, I could eat it almost every day (if that was physically possible, but alas it is not). I enjoyed both of them! The crust wasn't too thin or thick, it had a great bite to it. The cheese was delicious, you could definitely tell that their "100% real Wisconsin cheese" is a true statement. Filled me up and I even had leftovers to take home! My only complaint would be the service. We went around 2pm on a Tuesday, so well after the lunch crowd, and the (I believe manager) was standing at the cash register the entire time, eyeballing us while we ate. I felt uncomfortable to say the least, and I felt a little unwanted like we were taking up his lunch break because he had to keep an eye on us? He also hadn't informed us on any daily specials, seemed a little bothered we didn't know the names of the pizza (they are not clearly listed). I ordered for a school. We put our order in on June 13th online asking for a June 19th delivery date with the time for 1:30 pm. Our pizza did not arrive until 2:05 and the order was incorrect. While the person I spoke to did provide a 1/2 off discount, this is unacceptable. Also, I was lied to about where the driver actually was with the order, he hadn't even left the establishment and I was told that he was 5 minutes away. I was given the excuse that because many schools were also ordering that this was the reason that our order was late. This is the reason I planned ahead and ordered 6 days ahead of when the order was needed, The slice factory should have planned ahead as well. This place Sucks, no nice way of saying it. Sorry not sorry. They have terrible costumer service and sold me raw pizza. I should have known to turn around and walk out when I walked in to see the "manager" (or whoever that is who hands people their orders) eating a sandwich behind the counter. I ordered two slices, and was going to select them, but wasn't able to bc the worker had already put two in their warmer. Bummer but not the end of the world. When the pizza was warm enough to their standards the "manager" handed it to me. I asked him for Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes and he let me know they were at the opposite side of the store, away from the exit/ where they hand you the takeout. (Why?) he didn't offer to give me any, only directed me where they were which again was no where near the exit. The pizza was cold and the dough was raw. By far the best pizza I have ever had. Me and my boyfriend went to the one in Melrose Park and ordered the meatlovers and the bbq pulled pork. HOLY AMAZINGGG...everything thing was incredible...The crust is crunchyWHO ELSE HATES FLAPPY PIZZA?! The bbq sauce looked like it wouldn't be enough but it totally was the perfect amount. And the meatlovers is bacon, sausage, pepperoni spread perfect to ever single bite. I've never tasted anything like it. We told them on the way out to keep doing whatever they're doing because it was that fantastic. And that they need to move to the south side because were from 115th. This man hits me with, but we have one right there on 97th and Pulaski I couldn't believe those beautiful words. We will FOREVER be buying pizza from here. This was my first ever time using Grubhub and ordering from Slice Factory. It was late I was hungry and didn't want to go out. So I ordered from one of their partners Slice Factory. I was given a window of 45 to 55 minutes. After 1/2 hour past the window I called only to find out Slice Factory never even delivered the order. Slice Factory says we'll get it there as soon as possible. My response was no way, give me my money back. Well I had to call Grubhub, then Grubhub had to call Slice Factory. No more Slice Factory or Grubhub for me I will never patronize again. I'll go with Uber Eats and another restaurant instead. Slice Factory made Grubhub loose a customer who could have referred other customers. Slice Factory is a bad partner with poor customer service. read more
