April gave us so much information and was so helpful, that we actually purchased the mattress from Mattress Firm. We highly recommend the Mattress Firm store in London Square, but make sure that April assist you because she knows her stuff. Great Experience!!

We had a great experience trying the mattresses and being able to try the online providers and…read morebought a Split King (headboard, foundation, mattresses, and adjustable bases). We were moving so when the first box was delivered without the promised tracking number we reached out to SleePare and were provided with tracking numbers for all the boxes (parts) including the already delivered box. We were quite happy at this point as everything was scheduled to deliver much earlier than mentioned in the show room. This is where things take a crazy turn though. We get the headboard 7/22, the mattresses (two twins since split king) and two adjustable bases (7/23) without issues. So we almost have a complete bed. We are tracking the final piece when we see it turn away from our house (FL) and return to the shipper (SC). We immediately reach out to customer service (7/24) as FedEx tracking had not been updated to tell us why. It is later told via FedEx that the box was damaged in shipping. So I follow-up with customer service (7/24) and then I follow-up again (7/30). I get an answer that we will be notified when the replacement is shipped (7/31 originally). Well that was 14 days ago and all the promised tracking information is never provided (promised again 8/8; 8/11; 8/13; & 8/14). I have called regularly and emailed. I even chatted with an AI bot on their website. The crazy thing is somehow in this process they shipped us a second headboard (8/12) but we are still missing the foundation to the bed. How do you sleep on a brand new bed without the foundation. We are still in process on this order as I am after the third promise still awaiting tracking of this foundation that may or may not have been sent at this point. Therefore, the best I can say is buyer beware you are about to invest a very large amount of money to chase your pieces and parts and hopefully end up with a complete bed. UPDATE: After posting this review we received a communication from the NY office who began the process of assisting us. We worked with Bruce who updated us with the status, tracking numbers and kept us in the loop as the company provided the missing portion of the bed that was returned to the distributor. We received the last part of our bed yesterday 8/24 and were given a very small refund considering the total price and they will be shipping some bedding for our complications. We appreciate Bruce stepping in to assist us and solve the problem. He did a great job. After 32 days post the original parts we will be sleeping on our new bed. Thank you, Bruce.

CAVEAT: We have not yet purchased a new mattress; either through Sleepare or elsewhere…read more We are interested in a new mattress and absolutely want to try before we buy, which presents a problem as many mattress brands are online only. Also, in store mattresses have confusing branding, so a Stearns and Foster at one store has a different brand name somewhere else. Sleepare is a showroom for many online brands and you can go there by appointment only. When you make the appointment, you can indicate what mattress brands you are interested in, and what kind of sleeper you are (side, stomach, back). When we arrived, we had Nigora's undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and made some great suggestions based on our sleep habits (we are a side / back couple!). She followed up with an email later that day so we can ask further questions or come back for another try. BONUS: They have a small parking lot next to the store!

Nicole showed me around and first we did the sleep/mattress test on their digital test bed. (It was cool) I was surprised the test didn't suggest 'the most expensive' bed. It gave a range of options. Glad I trusted this bc I have been sleeping like a king! Then we looked at sofas and I found the one. Preface: I hate reading long-winded Yelp reviews so I'm trying to keep it short! Next we talk delivery. It was Wednesday 15 min before closing. Nicole says I can guarantee Saturday del. I tell her my building doesn't allow weekend dels. :/ She makes a call (at 9:45pm!) and says we can get it to you Friday. I was like omg you're amazing. She says, it's a family owned company so we can work magic when we need to. So next I select a sofa/sectional with right facing arm, then I get home and realize I need left facing arm. I go online to adjust my order, but I only specify one piece! So Friday my bed and sofa show up, but the chaise portion was a right facing arm. The del guys (who were absolutely amazing, courteous, and cleaned up everything) tell me they need to call the office and get it sorted out and that this has never happened. Then I looked at the paper work and saw that it was indeed my mistake! I spoke to the lady at the w/h and she apologizes and says it's their mistake bc they should have caught that these two pieces didn't pair up. I insisted it was mine bc I changed the order last min on an expedited order..that they so kindly accommodated. Then, she calls back 45 min later to say they were sending a special truck to switch out the piece within an hour. I was speechless. I thought for sure this would be next week. So, in short (which I know this review is not), I witnessed a sincere company culture throughout my experiences with everyone at Baer's, and that was to put the customer first. Oh and kindness, everyone was very kind. Thank you Baer's! I have a lot more furniture to buy and I will be back! -J

The store manager, Carlos was very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding not only the materials but also the technology available, which was a "want" for me. We had tried generic couches and found that they didn't fit our space well so we decided to check it out and found the perfect fit. Carlos configure it using little squares on a table with dimensions and we basically created our couch from that and he showed us the different materials styles and features available. When we sat down and tested the stealth tech, I was in awe decided that I had to have it. we were trying to create a movie theater type room in our house and just fit the criteria. we got 30% off because they were having a sale which I believe is still going on and 36 month financing but it's an installment loan. so don't confuse it with typical 36 months zero interest promotion it's actually an installment loan. When it arrived, we had some issues, but Carlos took care of it immediately and sent all new items to replace the part with issues. The packaging, labeling, and delivery was incredible. Everything arrived in individual boxes via FedEx and all were labeled properly with easy to follow instructions. My wife had her friends over to help put it together and we now enjoy a theatre type environment in our home!
