This mattress on clearance at the warehouse was $428, and $50 for shipping. I told him I would pick it up in medley myself because I was not in a hurry. I drive a few minutes away and as I'm waiting in line, I want to Google the purchase I just made so I go to Mattress Firm.com and I couldn't believe what I saw. The same mattress I just purchased -- brand new, 10 year warranty, 4 month return /refund, price match and free shipping! Only $40 more expensive. So I called Milton the manager, and I told him of my finding and he says oh I thought you were in a hurry I didn't have it here so on and so forth. I had told him multiple times that I was not in a hurry! I was there with my daughter who confirmed to him that I had said that multiple times. He continues to tell me he will send me a link to pay for the extra $40. I told them that is fine but that wasn't cool, him trying to rip me off because he knew the pricing. I come home and get on the link/ website that he had given to me and to my surprise there was my mattress for $440 but now they were applying a 20% discount so the mattress would cost $352. I called Milton again, To let him know that I needed the warranty papers for the new mattress before I could pay the difference. I didn't want to tell him about the extra 20% discount because I wanted it to be a surprise. When I get there he does not want to honor the 20% discount that mattress firm was giving me. When I asked why not he simply responded he could not very unprofessional and unethical. I continue to emphasize to him that it was very unprofessional to scam people out of so much money. Today, it is Monday one business day later and the new mattress is in the room.

However, there were also a few items in good shape mixed in for a nice discount. We did end up finding a nice oversized chair, just what we were looking for, for an EXCEPTIONAL price. We saw a salesperson walking by and called him over and he was really so excellent. He said he was the manager and I wish I'd gotten his name to mention, cause he was so wonderful. If you're planning to invest in high-end furniture, save your money and consider established Italian brands instead.
