Having a bad back we went back numerous times to check height of the mattress to floor. I need to go on bad by just sliding on. This mattress is a good 5 inches shorter than what was told. The salesman was just looking for his commission. Was calling store the day we received it and no answer for over four hours. It was the salesman's mistake and they could care less. We buy by using the expertise of the staff. Apparently there is no expertise just commissioned sales people. $10000 means nothing to them but it sure means a lot to me. Too bad for them, I need a full living room set and will never give this company my time or money.

Where has this hidden gem been all my furniture shopping life??? Wow. I just bought a house and…read morestarting from scratch. Obviously on a budget and furniture could be expensive. I pass by this hidden location almost everyday but today after my closing I decided to actually stop. Let me say that this is now my favorite furniture outlet store ever. This is the way it works... you enter and surprisingly there are NO pushy sells person waiting to sell you furniture. You are on your own in here. There are two types of price tag stickers. 1. Yellow Tags - Means price is final, cannot be marked down, item is new and more in stock. 2. White Tags - Price can be negotiable. Item is sold "As Is" and normally the store demo and only one left. Both tags are drastically reduced compared to the actual El Dorado Store. When you like an item, you snap a picture of the tag with your phone and take it to the front counter where you will be checked out. If you have any white price tag items you can then speak to the manager and he can lower the price depending on damage or availability. I bought a white leather queen size platform bed for $190 (yellow tag, originally $699) and a bedroom drawer made out of glass for $120 (white tag, originally $499, price was negotiated $20 less). Fantastic buy for both pieces! I saw many other deals but I didn't want to spend more. They don't deliver like the main El Dorado stores but they can "refer" a delivery service. I happened to have the moving truck that day so I saved on that. Might not hurt to have a pick up truck handy the day you come. If not they hold your item for 48 hours till you come back. Staff is friendly they offered to fix the drawer for me since knobs were loose. They have a selection of items from all types of furniture to pillows, lamps, rugs, decoratioins, mirrors, etc. The outlet is located South of Miami International Airport on 72 ave and NW 12 st, kind of hidden. They have a free private lot to park in. They close at 7pm so get there early.

So if they are correct - they're asking I wait six months for a chair. They answer phone calls half the time. Charge you instantly and have clients wait 6 months or so for items, I see I'm not the first to wait ridiculous amounts of time for something. It seems they need to fix their system so it can speed up.

This was our first furniture in our new place & we didn't want to do another hotel night. Our salesperson, Kore, was very helpful & responsive, but even more importantly, the warehouse/delivery team headed by our contact Michael, was fantastic. They delivered on constantly changing & very short notice. AND the actual delivery guys were pleasant, efficient & out in a flash. Bo Concept has some great stuff. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey versus other places. Highly recommended though!

I had come to purchase a console and a large medicine chest. Many of the items had visible raised nail heads beneath the painted decorative surface or unfilled depressions. On a high note the bathroom vanities were still in good supply and appear similar as they had before for people who prefer very ornate bathroom pieces. Unfortunately, there is a female employee there that is highly inappropriate. She likes to follow you around the store but offers no help. Seriously folks, how easy is it to shoplift a 6ft cabinet or dining table??? The store is jam packed with goods and she blocks you into isles making it feel claustrophobic. Also, every time I visit she has a need to physically touch me. She reaches out to examine my jewelry, hair and clothing. Once, even grabbing my hand to check out my wedding ring. WHAT???? The last time I visited I had to leave because she came over and touched my purse. She's just very creepy or unstable. She has a haunting presence like someone who could possibly be a danger if she flips out. The two times I purchased items it was from a gentleman and I believe his daughter. They offered better customer service and salesmanship minus the shopper physical harassment. A decent store but could be better with more consistently professional staff and attention to the quality of goods.

We really like their traditional hard wood furniture as well as their European style reproductions. Their European style reproductions furniture prices are just incredible given how well they are built. I would much rather buy these reproductions than paying premiums for the ones from Europe. We were also surprised to see bathroom vanity cabinets at the showroom. They have much better designs and style than most other places. The other surprise is to see so many beautiful silk flower arrangement. We just couldn't stop coming back again and again to check everything out. They do have a huge product selection from low end to high end products. We know we might be able to find cheap products from other shops. But, we like coming to Chinese Arts knowing that the products will last for a long time. And, we often find many unique items, like figurines, paintings, and jade carvings, that we can't find elsewhere. Most people don't know about this. They are a wholesaler but open to the public. This is truly a hidden gem in Florida!
