This is a brand new store. Curiously located right next to a TJ Maxx (they're practically the same…read morestore) in a busy strip mall. Now, it was certainly my own mistake for visiting on the Sunday two weeks before Christmas, but this place was an unorganized madhouse! There were probably way more people in the store than a fire marshal would allow. Products all over the floor, strewn about. And again, this is a brand new store... why design the store with seven checkout lanes if you're only going to have four open on one of the busiest shopping days? Gripes aside, it's a decent store with a slightly different selection than your average TJ Maxx and Marshall's. As we got away from the clothing/shoes/accessories, we found the home goods section to be in much better order. We picked up a few nice picture frames for less than $10 each, so I'd call that a win. They also had a great selection of auto accessories, surprisingly. The wait in line was about a half hour... very ridiculous. Anyway, they need more cashiers on duty to handle demand and also dedicated staff to keep stock off the floor.

However, the selection in this store doesn't represent the true Ross experience. There is not as many high quality brands that Ross usually sells at a deep discount. They do carry a lot of cheap, trendy clothing. There is not a wide variety of sizes for women. The designer handbag selection has never been great. They do occasionally have a great shoe selection. It is really hit or miss. The store is usually clean & organized. The prices are usually good if you can find a treasure. However, the next door neighbor, TJ Maxx, usually has a better selection. The Ross stores I have been to in the north are very different than the ones in the south. This isn't it. The buyers for this store are cheating you out of a great Ross experience.

They brought me over showed me a Prada beautiful but not something I would carry. We then started looking at the Louis Vuittons. I found one and assumed it was brand new. The salesperson used words like vintage I assumed it was a style. They also had me sign a form which I assumed was a warranty. This was my first Louis I had no clue and trusted the process. Well I learned it was used and it was a style that once home did not fit me. Two days latter I went to return it never carried all receipts in hand. I was told all sales are final and what I signed was an agreement to this. Notonce was I told these were used!! Not once was I explained that what I signed was a agreement to their final sale policy. When I spoke with the lady manager of Dillers Fallen Timbers she said that's their policy and could of cared my explanation. I asked if I could get a credit even trade for a different style. She said no because they can't authentic the purse. I said I never carried it its already authenticated. She said I cam sell it and the tag would let the buyers know all about this purse but they won't return it. I am soooo very disappointed! Please let this be a lesson to anyone buying a designer purse from Dillards ask questions be informed. Because they don't care aweful !!

I felt welcomed…read moreand the girl asked what brought me in, I told her I was looking for jeans, my possible size and asked what she had...she showed me immediately what she had and was amazing about what deals going on, and she opened a fitting room for me! She had like 4 other customers that she was helping I thought she was by herself working but, she still took a little time with me while helping others. She was so nice and caring to my needs. I tried on jeans and she totally complemented me!!! It was a genuine compliment not just a plain compliment for a sale. It was a great experience, I got my boyfriend an outfit. I also bought an outfit and a couple shirts. I plan to come back on payday and spend a few hundred dollars on clothes in your store!!! I want to say thank you so much to Lindsay that made shopping amazing!!!!!! I hope you are working the day I come shopping again. I will drive an hour to your store for your great service! Was looking at us like we were poor like you have a voucher even said you can't pay the 150. Yes we could but we a foster family. The 150 really didn't get us much there. All workers were all in there own conversation at the cashing station. I ended up buying one top and a pair of jeans. The girl screwed up the rewards thing she did say sorry, and re did it for me which was nice but for $51.00 I expect to have great customer service! I ended up returning the outfit about 15 minutes later because I went to a different store that #1 had a better pricing scale so I got way more for my money...and #2 I was greeted at the door and one girl working still was more willing to help me as well as 4 other customers in that store!!!!!! She truly knows the meaning of customer service and I will be back to that store but never to American eagle!!!! When someone returns something, you should have asked them what was wrong or if anything was wrong with the products. Not go and cop an attitude with the customer. Dirty looks and attitudes won't get you good reviews. I work in customer service myself and have for about 15 years now. So I know what I expect.

They were priced at 109.00 on the shelf and I asked for a price match. The large stature gentleman with a beard standing behind the checkout immediately told the cashier and me that he doesn't care what the website says, we don't price match, not even if it's our own web price online. He was a bit aggressive, so I took my business somewhere else. He then says I will take 10 dollars off. No thank you, it's cheaper on Amazon but I didn't want to wait. Waste of gas and time. I guess I will call him next time we go shopping and ask him to check the price on items I plan on shopping for before I head there. Make sure he can confirm the price advertised matches the price marked at the store. It's experiences like this and attitudes like he put off that make people want to shop online rather than retail stores. If you don't want to deal with someone asking a simple question, find another job. This guy was the manager, great employee role model to your employees.
