No body helped me not…read moreeven one person asked me what I was shopping for or anything, I asked to be let into a fitting room and the guy said ok. All workers were all in there own conversation at the cashing station. I ended up buying one top and a pair of jeans. The girl screwed up the rewards thing she did say sorry, and re did it for me which was nice but for $51.00 I expect to have great customer service! I ended up returning the outfit about 15 minutes later because I went to a different store that #1 had a better pricing scale so I got way more for my money...and #2 I was greeted at the door and one girl working still was more willing to help me as well as 4 other customers in that store!!!!!! She truly knows the meaning of customer service and I will be back to that store but never to American eagle!!!! When someone returns something, you should have asked them what was wrong or if anything was wrong with the products. Not go and cop an attitude with the customer. Dirty looks and attitudes won't get you good reviews. I work in customer service myself and have for about 15 years now. So I know what I expect.

She had like 4 other customers that she was helping I thought she was by herself working but, she still took a little time with me while helping others. She was so nice and caring to my needs. I tried on jeans and she totally complemented me!!! It was a genuine compliment not just a plain compliment for a sale. It was a great experience, I got my boyfriend an outfit. I also bought an outfit and a couple shirts. I plan to come back on payday and spend a few hundred dollars on clothes in your store!!! I want to say thank you so much to Lindsay that made shopping amazing!!!!!! I hope you are working the day I come shopping again. I will drive an hour to your store for your great service! It was almost like shopping with a friend!!!! Thanks again! You truly know about customer service and I work in customer service also so I know what I expect and you are amazing!! This is my favorite boutique in downtown Perrysburg! Cute stuff all year round and Meig makes her…read moreown fun belts, necklaces and purses that you won't find anywhere else. Support and shop local! This is the perfect place to find a gift for mom, sister, girlfriend, etc. Meig is very accommodating and will make sure you are taken care of. She will also monogram and do embroidery on almost anything. You can find sustainable products mixed in with the merchandise which is always a plus. It is hard to walk in the store and not come out with some kind of purchase.
