Very nice and clean store! Bad experience at the register. The guy with the beard was rude and couldn't care less to be nice!

As soon as I found out I was pregnant I headed straight to this store. Hands down Carters is the…read morebrand to have if you want affordable and durable baby and kids apparel. And Oh my God, their inventory is so stinking cute. I probably spend hundreds every month on Carters alone and it's so worth it. This location is one of the moderately sized locations and the associates keep it neat and organized. They have it sectioned off by girl, boy, and neutral and the associates are friendly and can assist you if you want to put an outfit together. Carters has collections so if you check the tags it will have a symbol like a star, lei, heart, etc. Then you can have the associate show you everything in that collection with the matching symbol so your baby will always have a wardrobe that flows together. Now yes, babies barely wear clothes and grow too damn quick, luckily Carters is very affordable and they have killer sales almost daily. Their return policy is heavenly because there is no expiration on how many days you have to return an item. They also have Carter's rewards so when you spend a certain amount you get 'rewards' to spend next time you come back in the store. Definitely add your email to their mailing list so you can get coupons and have more ways to save. I will say their online store seems to make their items smaller in the sleeves, so either go to the store or order the next size up on the site because they do tend to shrink a tad bit when you wash them.

But we don't like it!! I got out of the dressing room. They asked if anything worked. I said this one dress did, but it wasn't on sale. They confirmed. But then said they had a coupon for 25% off. However, that still made the dress far far outside my budget - I just meant to stick to clearance. The sales person did one of those "oh but it's a good deal" even after I said no. I didn't like it. Sales managers - please know that some people have real life issues for why they can't afford things and your guilt trip doesn't make us feel good. Also? Haha I went straight to Clothes Mentor. I KID YOU NOT the dress I loved? Brand new with the tags on, just a different (less liked) color, and only $23 instead of $90+. Hahahahaha.

The store clerk didn't evan know if they had some place to sit down. That angered me because you want people to come in and spend money but not provide any convince. She offered a folding chair. All I could picture is one of those hard metal ones. I gave my wife the bank card and walked back out to the car. Your store is in an area where there are older adult that are not as spry like Gen x'ers but get them to spend money and not browes and buy nothing. Consider that in customer service training. Everyone who walks in should be treated like they are going to drop big money. I hope my wife doesn't buy anything.
