As someone who's been visiting Toledo since college, I had no clue this was even here? From what the internet says, they've been open since 2004. They have a variety of nicer stores and restaurants to choose from with ample parking throughout. The place is clean, well maintained and easy to get in and out of regardless of what you're here for. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of experiences you could have here. Toledo is really trying to revamp their image and I'm glad this place is around. No more Franklin Park Mall for me! (unless it's Dillards, but that's rare.) Thank you to whomever put this outdoor mall here, as it's really a nice addition to a duller part of town.

We were the only customers in there for 30 mins and they never asked us if we needed help or had questions. They we laughing and talking while on fb on their cell phone and eating candy snacks out at the cashier desk. I never experienced such horrible service. My mother in law entered the store 30 mins after us being ignored and she too was not acknowledged. After almost an hr of browsing the one sales clerk yelled over "are you stilling doing ok?" Unmmm. And Oh my God, their inventory is so stinking cute. I probably spend hundreds every month on Carters alone and it's so worth it. This location is one of the moderately sized locations and the associates keep it neat and organized. They have it sectioned off by girl, boy, and neutral and the associates are friendly and can assist you if you want to put an outfit together. Carters has collections so if you check the tags it will have a symbol like a star, lei, heart, etc. Then you can have the associate show you everything in that collection with the matching symbol so your baby will always have a wardrobe that flows together. Now yes, babies barely wear clothes and grow too damn quick, luckily Carters is very affordable and they have killer sales almost daily. Their return policy is heavenly because there is no expiration on how many days you have to return an item. They also have Carter's rewards so when you spend a certain amount you get 'rewards' to spend next time you come back in the store. Definitely add your email to their mailing list so you can get coupons and have more ways to save. I will say their online store seems to make their items smaller in the sleeves, so either go to the store or order the next size up on the site because they do tend to shrink a tad bit when you wash them.
