I don't think I've ever been mistreated by a business as badly as this one. When I asked if Smith Brothers could repair the cushion, rather than being polite and stating that they could provide a new cover, if I was interested in buying one, she dealt with semantics saying that they don't repair couches. After quite a bit of very rude discussion I did find out that I could buy a replacement cover. Why she didn't offer this straight out is a testament to how horrific this business is.
