We just purchased a bedroom set and the delivery guys. Ripped and tears in the mattress and didn't install the drawers correct. They had to send a service guy put to fix the drawers and repair the mattress. The service Guy juan we had to call him to see what they where going to do. The repair guy said he couldn't repair the mattress and told us he called the service management to let hi. Know the status of the mattress. The service guy told us he never called him . Wich was a lie cause he told he was calling him when he fot in his vehicle. We received no calls from the owner, juan will call but won't leave a message. So now we have a mattress with tears in it . Management is horrible. We ordered a bed 2 months ago, and the bed was very uncomfortable and didn't match the description of what was sold to us. The motor in the adjustable bed base went out and this never got resolved. On top of that, when the bed was being delivered, the delivery people left trash in the room, and broke the bedroom door bringing in the materials. The door was busted and it put a hole in our wall. We have reached out several times and this is still not resolved. We tried to return within the 30 day policy timeframe and due to not being about to get into contact with a manager, we now missed the return policy and can not return this. The service manager Juan was entirely rude and hung up on my husband when he called about the issues we are facing. My husband then went in the store and was finally given a number to the owner. The owner does not answer and his mailbox is full so you are unable to leave a voicemail. Emails do not get answered from the owner. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The management and professionalism is entirely poor. Your issues do not get resolved at all. You get stuck with a huge bill for items that aren't even working properly and no one seems to care in the company. read more

I was in Furniture Palace Sat the 14th with my husband and I was looking for a living room set. When while walking through we heard a man yelling about don't lie on me, then we found out that the man yelling was the store manager Jason. He was very rude and unprofessional. I'm quite sure that there was another way to handle that. I mean he was yelling in front of customers and yelling at a customer, it was time for us to leave. If that is how treat customers and act in frout of them we don't want to do any business with a place that treats there customers like that. Jason needs to learn some people skills. read more

I went into the store and picked out a furniture in a recliner when they were delivered the recliner was the wrong color, but I let them talk me into keeping it because it was semi close. I went to Furniture Palace at 1436 S Reynolds Rd. In Maumee Ohio, I purchased a Love set and couch set. They delivered it with in 3 days. The delivery men did not unpack the furniture and left it sitting in the middle of my living room. So I unwrapped it and began setting it up. The furniture was damaged. I called the store back and the manager told me that he would not take the furniture back because they don't have any more for sale, yet they still have the set on the floor for display, and they will have someone come repair it (patch it up) within 4 - 6 weeks maybe longer with no direct answer. I have had the furniture less then 7 days and can hear the squeaking sounds already in the arms of the couch and the furniture is an Ashley brand. I Would Not Advise Anyone To Shop Here. I don't know what's worse at this place the customer service or lack there of or their so called delivery driver's.

Wife went there on a Saturday. Salesman wrote up an order price quote with a $50 delivery fee. She took me there on Sunday to show me. She gave the quote to a lady there, the guy she spoke to on Saturday was off. The lady's attitude changed immediately to being very rude and then we were told delivery would be $150. Since I have a health issue we agreed to it. When delivery showed up it was still wrapped in shipping material. They asked where we wanted it and they put it in the middle of the living room and said , there ya go and left. No thank you or anything. Wife had to remove plastic and cardboard and put the feet on and move it to where she wanted. Very rude and unprofessional service. Will never shop there again or refer anybody to go there. read more

SCAM - Went to the one on Navarre Ave. somehow they managed to claim a 1300 couch would cost us $7000 all send in done. We will NEVER spend a dime in these stores, nor recommend them to anyone. The women who did the "order work up" went from a 1300 couch and 200 outtamen to a 2000 total then tells us "If you finance, it's $248 a month for 20 months. The staff was very friendly and asked if you needed any help but were not pushy about it. They checked back to make sure you didn't need anything. There were many options. The store could have been a little bit cleaner and a little less cluttered but they had a decent selection. Prices we're good for the quality of product. They had a decent selection in their clearance however the light bulbs were burnt out and some of the area's back there which made it hard to see the products being sold. Had I found something that I wanted to buy I would have bought it. There were a few more unique items there. read more

We bought furniture for our new house and I arranged that to be delivered one week before the house warming. On the date of delivery after waiting for 2 hours, I found out that they never scheduled a delivery on that day. Off course they did not have any delivery date available for our housewarming party. We were very disappointed. When they delivered the furniture after housewarming one of the pieces was missing. It took them 4 months to get that part. Instead of an apology, when I asked if they can deliver it, I was told that there will be additional delivery charge. I bought furniture from this place about 4 months ago and I picked up the missing peace last week. My 2 cents of advice is stay away from this place. read more

I just bought my furniture from here last week. I honestly was surprised when I walked in there compared to the outside. This is truly a hidden gem. The prices are amazing and the service was great. I basically furnished my entire apartment for the price I was quoted from Ashley stewart for just my livingroom. Plus it was the same brands they carried.
