After 5 months, I am still unable to move without the assistance of a walker. My surgeon said I can expect as long as 1 year for recovery. My complaint is regarding Ross's policy of not allowing shopping carts out of the store. This means I am limited to buying small items that can be carried out of the store while still having both hands free to use my walker. This is a terrible way to treat handicapped customers. I couldn't possibly run away with a shopping cart even if I wanted to. I will drive a little farther and take my business back to TJ Maxx. They know how to treat their handicapped customers.

After building and decorating many homes around the country I came home to Ohio to be near family…read more I was introduced to Don Mackinnon via my architect. Don has been a joy to work with on the last four houses I have built and decorated in the Perrysburg area. Trust in Don and you will be glad you did. Don has a great eye for color, design, and textures. He can design what ever your vision is and make it look easy. Yes, Don has great taste and quality does not come cheap. He explores options from all over the country and brings unique and unusual ideas to the table. You the customer make the choices that Don presents. You would be lucky to get Don to work with you. I really really trust and believe in Don M.

DO NOT use this designer. He is an absolute horrible business person. His name is Donald…read moreMackinnon. He will spend as much of your money as possible and only put an effort in if you shop where he gets a big kick back from the supplier. I am not posting this for vengeance but rather to save people the time, aggravation and money loss that is sure to come from hiring Donald. Donald has many unhappy clients. The number of unhappy far outweigh the happy as far as the ones I have talked to. He is also not very well liked by suppliers, other designers and builders in the Toledo area which is why he will drag you all the way up to the Michigan design center to get your supplies. Which is also where he probably gets his biggest kick back of money. He will come up with crazy, stupid and outlandish design ideas that he has no clue will work or not. Then, when you tell him your tired of him spending your money and screwing up your home he just flips you a middle finger and walks away. Donald is a nice guy up front and a fast talker but DON'T let that fool you. He cost my wife and I more then $6,000 and just walked away. I'm just glad I stopped him before the bleeding got worse. We have attempted to speak with him and come to an amicable resolution but to no avail. He now completely ignores us and will not return any messages. He is a classless person and I will do everything I can to save other people from this. We gave him every opportunity to do the right thing but he decided to be scum bag instead.
