I have had previous bad experiences with ABC Warehouse, but I decided to give them another shot…read more Last February, I ordered a washer and dryer from them (this being the "another shot"). I was scheduled for delivery, left work, and they never showed up. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule at all. We rescheduled. I left work and waited. The driver called me from nearby to double-check that I actually wanted both an electric dryer and a gas dryer (which were the two items they had on the truck). Of course, that is not what I ordered, so they took both items back to the warehouse and rescheduled again. I left work and waited. I eventually called to ask where they were and they told me my appliances had already been delivered (on the day/time the driver called to ask if I wanted two dryers). Once I explained what happened (and they confirmed the situation as if I was just making it up to get another set), we rescheduled. Finally! I get my washer and dryer. It's been weeks, at this point. The washer didn't work from the moment it was plugged in. I called to let them know and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I (very frustrated, already) called the warranty company. The agent I spoke to told me that is complete nonsense. They delivered a defective unit to me and I needed to call them back and demand a replacement. I did and they delivered a new one, with every person I spoke to along the way telling me how they were doing me a big favor...for replacing a defective unit they delivered to my house...RIDICULOUS! Well...here we are, just over a year later. The washer no longer locks or spins...and guess what? My warranty is up as well. I KNEW not to go back. I knew. Yet, I tried again. I am the queen of second (and third and fourth) chances. (That's why they didn't get a bad review a year ago.) Never again, though. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I have not had a single good interaction with them. It CAN'T be just me.

He did not attempt to listen to a simple issue I was having and instead chose to bate me and make me seem like I was an idiot and upset me. Then he had the audacity to say to others at the store that he had dealt with me on a TV and that is why he treated me HORRIBLY. I have never had an issue with them in the past, and I have bought thousands of dollars' worth of items from them. Not just this, but I did not receive what I purchased. And they did not complete the installation as they stated they would. So, needless to say, my car started doesn't work correctly and they are unwilling to help!!

I cannot begin to report that Durochers had the best salespeople and delivery workers I have ever seen in the appliance business. For starters, saleswoman Kathy C. went out of her way to help me with scheduling my most recent delivery. Even on her day off, she kindly helped me with some questions I asked her about. The delivery and installation men were Superlative. I had the best experience with Justin and Stephen. They were very prompt and gave me updates on when they would arrive, complete with texted maps of where they were in terms of getting to my house. Their installation was very well done, and I contribute that to the attention to detail they had in doing it. They was extremely courteous and respectful. I give Durochers great credit for having delivery and service people like these two young men. Outstanding! I have always been pleased with the appliances, service and delivery at Durochers. In addition when I needed a broken refrigerator shelf replaced the service department was excellent. I actually received the shelf a day after I ordered it. I was also given information on how to get reimbursed by the glass company as the shelf was still under warranty. ( I want to add that I had a $500 gift certificate from Lowes that I could have used, but preferred to deal with Durochers instead. By dealing with them I avoided the aggravation and hassles in dealing with a big box store that I felt could care less about its' customers).

I ordered all of our appliances from Derocher's for our new home build, and they installed the…read morewarming drawer. When we closed in April, we noticed that the warming drawer did not close straight or flush and has a gap of about 1/2" at the top. After notifying the builder, we nobody came out to look at it until May 19. The tech that came couldn't fix it but identified that it was installed with the rear higher than the front and that the installers would have to fix it and that he'd order some parts for them (not sure what parts). After nothing for a month, I contacted the person who sold the appliance on Jun 16. He responded that some parts were on order and he'd have to schedule instllers to come out. I asked what was on order and when installers would come out but have recieved no response. I've left multiple voice mails on his phone line and at both the Monroe and Sylvania stores in addition to my email inquiries. All have been ignored. It is now Jul 30 (2-1/2 months) and still nobody has contacted me.

My husband even improved on my choice of mattress citing this is a great long term investment of a daily use item. We even shared with Scott that we love going to nicer motels because we sleep better there than home. We were Impressed with the time Scott took share the improvements in today's mattress, passion for all of his products and didn't oversell us. With the motion adjustable riser frame, he showed us how it can alleviate those pressure points so much more than just a flat bed or thinking this is a splurge to watch tv. It even has a full massage feature like the chair ones at the beauty salons, snore feature, recliner feature etc... The adjustable riser frame will fit in my vintage sleigh bed and not harm my little dog who sleeps under us every night. He also features a bamboo cover mattresses some folks like but can't find easily. Scott and staff are sleep specialist trained and very knowledgeable. He also has stores Fremont and Port Clinton. We loved that the mattresses are 100% American made product. I cannot express enough of how happy I am with the small town shop experience here. I was concerned about the installer based on reviews but I guess they switched contractors recently. The one I had completed the house in a day, came at 8 am as promised, and worked all day hardly taking a break. They cleaned up well after themselves, was careful moving furniture, and made sure I was happy with it before leaving. The flooring looks great and the house is completely different now, in a good way!
