I'm happily writing this review from my comfy bed! We have had a wonderful experience with this store and the company. Chris helped us find the right bed within our budget with a deal that included sheets and pillows. He understood it was a major purchase so we didn't feel any pressure to buy if we weren't ready. He even remembered me mentioning that my dad has a Sleep Number, looked up his account, and credited him with rewards for his recommendation. The delivery experience was stress free, too! We live in an active elevator building with "windows" of quiet moments. I requested a particular 2 hour time frame to make it easier to access the elevator and Juan and Joaquima respected that. Their beds are the best! We have been on the hunt for an amazing mattress with the best technology, and Sleep Number beats Tempurpedic, Purple, and all others. We were so close in buying a Tempurpedic, but after doing the numbers, we were going to get better quality for less with a Sleep Number. In regards to service, Chris helped us in getting all the discounts that he could, and he even got us a fast delivery within 3 days of purchase! My husband and I have the ability to have different numbers (hence Sleep Number) and see our sleep score every night, which allows us to have the best sleep quality in awhile. Purchased bed several years ago - limited to little support to move a sophisticated and very expensive bed. As if that was not enough - customer service stated 2 weeks or longer for a technician to work on the bed after the move. So the company won't help with the moving of the bed but requests you pay $250.00 upfront before the bed is looked at and oh by the way - your wait is 2 to 3 weeks for technician to arrive Do not purchase from this company - competitive technology now - go with a competitor ! read more

Went to Sleep Number today (10/26/19). The store is new at this location. My first time going was about 3 weeks ago - I tried out several models (to find my number and my perfect bed). I spent the past 3 weeks researching info checking the sales, and crunching the numbers for my 'vehicle priced bed'. So, I thought it was fate when my phone rang a few days ago and it was the sales person I saw when I first went to see try out beds. He told me that the current sale is good and he wondered if I was still interested, and he asked if I wanted an appointment to come back. I told him I was still interested and asked if I could come on 10/26. I asked him if I could come when the store opened @ 10:00 AM, and he said yes. Soooo, this morning I walked through the door at 10:00 AM - ready to make a LARGE purchase. Unfortunately, the sales person WAS NOT THERE AND WAS NOT EXPECTED UNTIL MUCH LATER IN THE DAY. Needless to say, I was pissed. The sales person that was there, James, assured me that he could help on the other person's behalf, but I knew I was there to make a large purchase and I'm very particular and like details assured when I do business - it would not be fare for someone to take the task of dealing with ME without getting full credit. So, with James, I re-tried all the beds and settings and when I was certain and ready, I asked for the manager - because I wanted him to know how upset I was that someone would make an appointment with me but not show up. I also explained to the manager that all mention of the other sales person was to be removed from my transaction and that it needed to state James for this sale, period. After that, I pulled out my list (yes, I'm that customer) and James was extremely diligent in making sure that everything I thought I wanted would suit my imagined needs. He checked and double checked my requests and in the end, the purchase was made and I left a very happy customer. I am thankful for James - he saw the level of pisstivity that was on my face, but he didn't back down. He stepped up and conquered the sale. Buyer Beware!!! I recently had a bad fall last year and broke several vertebrae. I went to sleep number and was told I could try their product and if I was not satisfied I could return the product for a refund. When the mattress arrived I was not satisfied from the beginning. I gave it several nights but called to have it returned. I was told I needed to wait 30 days before I could return it. I waited the 30 days, which gave me many uncomfortable nights of sleep, and then called to have it returned. At that time I was told they would return the mattress but not the base, which was nearly $2000!!! I asked to speak with a manager and the manager said they verbally disclose the return policy at the time of purchase. I had a witness who came with me at the time of purchase who can testify that they never informed me of their policy. It would have definitely affected my decision to try their product. They refused to return the base. I'm very unsatisfied with the product and the misleading and unclear service provided. read more
