Visited Ortho Mattress at Long Beach Town Center on Memorial Weekend to finally get that Tempur-Pedic mattress I always wanted (masks required). Jose greeted us and was very polite and friendly. It took us about an hour to decide which mattress we wanted. We laid on all of them in the store it seemed like. LoL Jose answered a lot of our questions and helped us narrow down our choice to the Tempur-Pedic Firm Adapt Luxe mattress. He set us up with everything we needed and also hooked us up with a mattress protector at no extra charge. Since our purchase was over $899 we also got 2 free pillows when we "checked in" on Yelp. They offer same day delivery if the mattress is in stock or they give incentives if the mattress isn't in stock. All and all a great experience and would recommend Ortho Mattress in LB town center if you're in the market for a new mattress. read more

My 89-year-old mother-in-law was returning to her 2-story townhome from a rehab facility, following hip replacement surgery, and was going to need a bed downstairs. Her release home was sudden, and we needed a twin bed for her that very day. I visited the Towne Center Ortho Mattress location around 11:00 a.m. on a very rainy day, and was assisted by salesman Alan Conway, who helped me select a high quality bed with a "low profile" box spring (my mother-in-law is of short stature), adjustable frame and full protection mattress cover, for delivery that same day - at no charge! Alan was so pleasant and professional - a true pleasure to deal with. The bed was delivered and set up, as promised, around 6:00 p.m. The delivery guys handled everything perfectly. I came today to start the process of getting a new mattress and I know its a big and expensive decision to make. I wasn't planning on buying anything today and made that clear from the beginning... Despite that, Jesus greeted me right away and answered all of my questions. He spent a good 30 minutes if his time walking through all the beds with me, helping me find what feel was best, and then explaining the differences in pricing amongst materials and brands.
