This review is long overdue. I bought just the top mattress back in Jan 2023. Joe basically new every single fact about mattress, which I found highly impressive! He was even more impressive when I called him a few days after I ordered because I realized that I didn't have a California King, but just a regular old Eastern King (same as King). He made adjustments and got the correct mattress here exactly when I needed it. The delivery was excellent as well. They popped that thing on the 2nd story bedroom in about 10-seconds, and collected my old, DNA-ridden, mattress in nothing flat. I WILL go there again, and refer everyone there! read more

I bought a Comfort Support QMO - Queen Euro Top Joe and Lilith were very helpful and patient. The product quality and value was excellent. It's nice to buy locally made mattress that has great better edge support, built in springs and is not shipped compressed, from the manufacturer like most national name brands. Delivery and setup was on time and everything went well. I added a 3 inch soft latex separate topper and XL deep mattress fitted sheet. It's a great combination and fantastic deal. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Robert and Alicia I immediately told them what I was looking for. Robert went to look for the item he did not have the item in stock. I told him I needed it by today the latest tomorrow. He immediately recommended another possibility that he did have in stock which was perfect I went ahead and purchased it. Then as I was about to walk out I saw the perfect pull out bed set fell in love with it asked him the cost I could not purchase it in full however they recommended Snap and I qualified right away. I bought a king size mattress and frame here. Everyone was really friendly so we thought we were getting a good deal. Fast forward 3 weeks later, the bed was causing us back pains so we asked about returning it. Turns out theres a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges AND the mattress must be in new and unused condition. That is about the worst return policy I've ever heard of. And now all the sudden the friendly salespeople just say theres nothing they can do. We later researched more about mattresses and turns out there are so many internet companies selling mattresses that have amazing return policies if you're not happy with it and pretty much all of them have 10-20 year warranties. If we had known that earlier we would've never bought from here. The prices here aren't even competitive. Do yourself a favor and do your research before going here. read more

Well Yelp. Time for another review Atticus, The bed Post, Joe the owner and their delivery guys get 5 stars. I arrived at my apartment in Long Beach with nothing but a few clothes. I needed some beds to sleep on at my new place. I called first and Atticus told me over the phone even if I wasn't an American citizen they would help me establish credit ! He also told me everything was made locally in Long Beach and area so I would be supporting local companies which is huge to me ! Also, he had given me the assurance we could get the financing done which happened for all the items that I had needed ! So the next day I had gone into the store I met Atticus and right away he started showing me beds and then assisted me in going through catalogs. I bought 3 beds and a bunk bed. Atticus helped me through the hassle of the financing, and he killed it ! Joe was wonderful as well when I had gone in he finished up my paperwork the second time. They made it an easy no hassle and even gave me a slight discount. Talk about a wonderful experience ! I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. When the delivery guys had shown up the two different days they hauled the furniture in no problem to help me. And placed it. The second day they came they setup the bunk bed for an hour and a half and then placed the mattresses on them for me. This is amazing since I am still injured from my car accident and dealing with therapy. Thanks to Joe and Atticus for the amazing experience. I found the listing on line for mattresses. When we walked into the store it seemed small with not a large selection but the store owner immediately greeted us and answered our questions. He was very in tune with our needs and very patient. He was also very knowledgeable about all the items that he sold. His selection s of items were plentiful with what was available in his catalogs. I was able get a beautiful and quality bed and mattress combo with financing and next day delivery and set up. And by the way the delivery person was awesome as well. Being new to this area We were a little hesitant about purchasing from a smaller business. It's Friday and I still haven't got my income tax and its not a pay week. My bed is literally a rock but that could be what it's made of and I can't really tell. Just for the heck of it I decide to search craigslist and see if I can find a used mattress. Scrolling through and see this ad for "Brand New Mattress $ 40 down ! "Yea right!" Click into the add view a few pics, and I say to myself "if I have to email someone I'm not doing it!" Great there's a number , I call the number and I get a really nice guy on the phone, that to my surprise speaks English! "Jackpot!" Jk No but Derrick is super nice and says he may be able to help me. However my next question is "Can I get the bed today like in a few hours?!" He said, he couldn't do it in the office that he was in but his business partner at the other location can help. I apply online, quick 5 min app, Approved! I head over to the Signal hill location about 10 min from my job in Long Beach! Oh the beds are comfortable! I lie down a few of the beds (get your mind out the gutter) 30 mins later I have purchased a brand new queen Mattress and a brand new couch! We just bought a new queen sized bed and Atticus was the most congenial, informative, and all around outstanding salesperson! We went to two other places before this and the salespeople there were friendly enough, but Atticus went above and beyond to find us the perfect bed at the exact right price we were looking for. When I expressed concern about how I was going to have to buy new sheets to accommodate the deep pockets of the mattress, he even threw in a beautiful sheet set at no extra charge! We chose purple sheets, but our 9 year old daughter wanted red sheets, and he was kind enough to send us those sheets also when the delivery guy came! Speaking of that, I know it was partially good timing, but our bed was delivered and set up within an hour of our leaving the store! This place is a gem! Atticus was the sales rep that helped me and I must say he was nothing short of amazing! I was soooo indecisive on what I wanted and Atticus helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. I NEVER make big purchases on a whim, so it took me a good 2-3 weeks to choose what I wanted.
