In this stress-filled time this store has brought us nothing but relief! We needed a new bed fast and Derrick helped us to find an affordable mattress and frame. The delivery and set up men came 3 days later. Everyone was kind, friendly and efficient. Our guests loved the new mattress and said they hadn't slept that well in ages. So it was the easiest Christmas decision to gift a new mattress and bed for our son. We went back to store and met Tameeka. During this time we rarely visit any stores, but it was a pleasure to do business and laugh and with her. Atticus literally saved my life (a bit dramatic) okay, my move, over the phone! I had picked out and paid for a bed to be delivered the following weekend from a different place. On the Thursday before, I received a call indicating that the bed set I ordered was out of stock. Frustrated wasn't even the word. The Bed Post made my bed buying experience fun and easy, and I've been completely satisfied with my purchase for the past 5 months! I was pretty nervous going in, but Joe was super nice and helped me find exactly what I needed in the price range I was looking for. I ended up rolling around on several mattresses while Joe pointed out the features of each. He was very patient with me and didn't rush my decision or pressure me into buying one particular style. I eventually decided on a high-end pillow top queen mattress and a black / brown bed that has some storage compartments - perfect for extra blankets and sheets! Joe delivered my new mattress and bed the next night. The bed was easy to assemble and I couldn't be happier with it! Same goes for the mattress - I used to wake up with a sore back sometimes, but those days are gone! The Bed Post is the truth and I was able to use Acima to purchase $1000 dollars on furniture. Acima is tricky, but thanks to the sales rep from The Bed Post, I was able to handle Acima accordingly. Excellent overall experience from start to finish. My family came here on a whim looking for a new mattress for our eastern king size bed. Joe met us and was extremely accommodating and friendly and answered all our questions and helped us pick the best mattress.
