But anyway, I didn't know what to expect since the last time I bought a mattress it was at Macy's over 10 years ago. This was a MUCH better experience. John led us through each type of bed and pillow, showing us how each type of mattress affects our body when we sleep. It feels funny at first lying around with a bunch of strangers, but that's the only way to do it. They work as a team so there is no pressure for commission or competition over the others. They can manage to assist multiple customers at a time while you are looking at your beds. We ultimately got the Tempurpedic and we can't wait for it to be delivered next week! It was a great experience and the store seems to have good "Feng Shui" as opposed to what I was expecting from the Festival shopping center. I totally recommend at least a visit if you're looking at mattresses or pillow!

We'd been a new mattress set for quite a long time, not being able to agree. Serge provided excellent customer service, no pressure sales environment and a friendly demeanor. He had other customers at the same time but always checked in on us, giving us a chance to review options then return after lunch. We ultimately got a great deal on an adjustable set with free base. I even got a complimentary ergonomic pillow. Overall very satisfactory buying experience. We will return here should we need anything else in the future.

I recently bought a new home and had trouble finding a balance between insanely expensive furniture and very cheap furniture. Their prices were low but the quality was high. If you're expecting the absolute top notch then probably not for you, but it was perfect for my taste and price point. When I had one item come packaged with the wrong parts and one item damaged they did not hesitate to exchange it. The delivery was fast and painless. I visited seemingly every furniture store in Annapolis and these guys blew them away. Lastly, the building looks like a warehouse. I'm sure that's how they saved money and lowered cost. Perfect for me. But don't expect a world class showroom. These guys didn't pressure me into buying anything but were attentive and answered any questions I have. Highest recommendation.

That day came and went with no communication from the delivery team and no mattress. We called Sunny and he was able to look in the system and find out that they had just rescheduled us for the next week without notifying us. He called another store and found out they were having the same issues. I think it was a supply issue (as this was during COVID), but it was really frustrating to have these delays, but even more frustrating because of the lack of communication from the MW delivery team. They then tried to deliver us the wrong mattress, and Sunny called and got them to find the right mattress and deliver it the very next day. 3 week fiasco, it finally resolved. We have our bed now, and it's fantastic, and I still recommend Sunny and this location!!

What I did NOT appreciate was a condescending sales woman who seemed to judge us immediately and assume that my boyfriend and I did not know what Tempur-pedic was and that we didn't belong there / could not afford any of the items in the store. When we entered, the three associates in the store - one on the phone and two standing around the floor - barely greeted us. I would suggest they try out acting somewhat friendly when potential customers enter the store, they might actually have some customers in there if they did. The other associate was stand-offish as well and made the whole experience uncomfortable. They were professional enough to not be outright disrespectful but wow was it a poor shopping experience. But the service was awful and the cashier convinced me to sign up to a rewards program by giving away my ssn and lots of personal shit to get %40 off my purchase took forever and I won't be coming back. The first woman was old 50-up and she was blond and the cashier and asian lady with black hair didn't get either names I can't remember. It was so bad it was creepy the service that is.
