When I first entered the Edgewater store, the store associate immediately let me know she was with another customer and would assist me as soon as possible. I patiently waited and with ten minutes, I was assisted by the store's Teresa Huffman. She was most pleasant to deal with and although I was only purchasing a King bed frame, she took the time to show me the product and how easy it was to assemble. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness was greatly appreciated and if I need a mattress set, I would definitely return to get Teresa's assistance. Barry F. read more

Sunny, the manager here is fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us find a bed, and then get that bed delivered (see issues below). He gets 5 stars from me, but the delivery shenanigans are what knock it down to 4 stars. We had a delivery date set when we paid for that mattress. That day came and went with no communication from the delivery team and no mattress. We called Sunny and he was able to look in the system and find out that they had just rescheduled us for the next week without notifying us. He called another store and found out they were having the same issues. I think it was a supply issue (as this was during COVID), but it was really frustrating to have these delays, but even more frustrating because of the lack of communication from the MW delivery team. They then tried to deliver us the wrong mattress, and Sunny called and got them to find the right mattress and deliver it the very next day. 3 week fiasco, it finally resolved. We have our bed now, and it's fantastic, and I still recommend Sunny and this location!! read more

I would not suggest buying a bed here. Although things seemed great at first, that changed when we decided to use their comfort exchange policy. My elderly mother bought a mattress here which turned out not to be a good match for her. We went back to the store and found a better (more expensive) mattress. Aaron suggested we wait until the holiday sale to make sure we got the best price. When my sister checked back at the time of the sale, she was told we couldn't get the sale price if we were using the comfort exchange. What? The mattress is on sale but we have to pay full price? I filed a complaint with the better business bureau which prompted a call from the store. Aaron told me that we could get the sale price with the comfort exchange. I told him that is not what he had told my sister. As I walked through the pricing with him, it turns out that we were not getting the sale price. Because of our complaint to BBB, he was now giving us a free box spring which lowered the cost to the sale price. If they had given us this price in the first place when we were trying to exchange the mattress, we would have made the exchange and we would have left as happy customers. Aaron told me that was the best he could do, I could call customer service. I called customer service and talked to Willie (spelling?). He told me that they don't honor the sales price with the comfort exchange. Then, I talked to his supervisor, Glen who told me that they do honor the sales price on the comfort exchange. They do honor the sale price? They don't honor the sale price? Misleading, dishonest. How can you work with a company that doesn't even know it's own policies. I would rate this store 0 stars if I could. read more

If you're looking for anything bed related, look no further. This place not only has the best prices around, but the team working here can't be beat. Aaron (the manager) not only gave me unbeatable pricing on two separate items, but when I told him I wouldn't be able to move the bed into my house alone, he offered to help and actually helped me carry my stuff up a crazy staircase. You will not find this level of service anywhere else. No need to look around, just go here and I promise, you'll be glad you did. read more

Think stereotype used car salesperson = Mattress Warehouse manager. Went there three times. Each time we were close to selecting a different mattress. Manager said on each visit 'that was the mattress he had'. Does he really have three mattresses? We were looking for a model that dissipated heat. First time, he directed us to those models. We asked does it still work if mattress when covered with a mattress cover. Answer 'oh yes'. Second time, we favored a more expensive mattress without heat dissipating feature. Guess what? 'Oh well, once you have a mattress cover, you can't tell the difference'. Against our better judgement. we ended up buying a mattress. Yep, you guessed right again. Manager went out of his way to persuade district manager not to allow an exchange. Recommend trying another location or another company. read more

John led us through each type of bed and pillow, showing us how each type of mattress affects our body when we sleep. They can manage to assist multiple customers at a time while you are looking at your beds. We ultimately got the Tempurpedic and we can't wait for it to be delivered next week! It was a great experience and the store seems to have good "Feng Shui" as opposed to what I was expecting from the Festival shopping center. I totally recommend at least a visit if you're looking at mattresses or pillow!

We'd been a new mattress set for quite a long time, not being able to agree. Serge provided excellent customer service, no pressure sales environment and a friendly demeanor. He had other customers at the same time but always checked in on us, giving us a chance to review options then return after lunch. We ultimately got a great deal on an adjustable set with free base. I even got a complimentary ergonomic pillow. Overall very satisfactory buying experience. We will return here should we need anything else in the future.

We were so pleased with how smoothly the exchange went after Serge worked with us to ensure that the Tempur-Pedic® Pro Adapt 2.0 firm would better meet our comfort expectations. This location is incredible! I've been to Mattress Warehouse plenty of times with family and friends and I finally needed a bed for myself and this was the closest store. My husband and I stopped in to check out some options and we were greeted by the manager, Aaron. We were stunned, there was no pressure during our visit, no overload of mattress information, just straight up down to earth and very educational. This young man knows his trade. We bought the perfect bed for us in under an hour. Skip the research and opinions of others. These guys know how to help you find what you need. This company knows how to hire the right people for this job. Aaron addressed every problem, treated us like family, and got us on the best bed we've ever felt for a good price. We worked with Aaron, the store manager, a knowledgeable young man who really knows his product. We did the sleep analysis test where you answer some questions and then get on a mattress and a computer maps your posture. Never seen that before. Then Aaron showed us some mattresses based on what the analysis suggested. All the while there was no "up-sell" or pressure. Delightful experience because even Consumer Reports says buying a mattress is difficult because of the confusing way that industry brands its products. With Aaron, however, it was as if a member of the family was helping us sort through a wilderness of mattress mirrors. Aaron explained in detail each mattress and their special features. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and we ended up buying all four.
