We were shopping for a full size mattress for our granddaughter and Said did a wonderful job of assisting us. She was able to crawl on and lay on a bunch of various mattresses and she liked them all! Especially the adjustable base model that is out of our budget. But we settled on a 10" foam mattress. Said mentioned that this was the last one in stock. We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I received a text and a phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. Then the same 2 layer communication right before the two hour window saying they were on their way. The delivery of the bunkie board was right on schedule. My granddaughter loves her mattress!

I contacted them because of the prices advertised. However, I paid what I'd pay anywhere else, so I'm not sure if I really got a deal. According to Chris, he designed the mattress that I purchased and the coil system is better than other brands. If that's true, maybe I got an amazing deal. I honestly don't know if he's a slimy salesman who was blowing smoke up my behind or if he's really that knowledgeable of mattresses and I really got the best deal ever. After reading the other reviews, I'm inclined to think that he blew smoke up my you know what. He was very flustered, talked really fast and just had an overall disingenuous demeanor. He reminded me of an addict craving a hit. I wanted to google the product and read the reviews, but all the invoice says is "Mcc8 14" King Mattress". Not sure how to feel, but I wouldn't recommend him. I came in for the $523 king sale. Sounded too good to be true. I should have trusted my gut as his sales techniques are very aggressive and unprofessional. As you can see, I paid a lot more than advertised, so the advertisement is absolutely false. Matttess isn't bad. I just felt taken.

Gary was able to help me find my new king plush mattress with an adjustable frame, two pillows & mattress protection right under my budget!!! He was able to get me financing at no APR for 3 months, he worked right at the budget he was given. He was not pushy at all. Gary was kind and well educated within the mattress industry. He was able to educate me on certain brands, what they are known of. He was able to find me the mattress that would suit best for my liking and right at $500. There are certain brands that have lifetime guarantee I would make sure to ask the mattress sales person is aware of this, Gary in fact was aware! I had gone to Mattress Clearance and decided to check out Mattress Firm before I bought anything with Gray. I thought of going to Mattress Firm since they are a corporate store as well as to review pros and cons, I can assure you that Mattress Firm sales people are hungry and very educated in their mattress knowledge, they quoted for almost triple for what I paid at Mattress Clearance. When I let the mattress firm know my budget it was as he was not interested in the sale anymore, which saddened me. I then went back to Mattress Clearance to get my furniture from there, Gary was able to get me a free pillow and a free mattress protection. From now on I will only buy my future mattresses from Mattress Clearance on Plano Parkway and I will let my family and friends to only go here. I am extremely happy with my purchase

Her low key style was exactly what we needed after the construction chaos in our home. We found three mattresses that fit our needs. At no time were we pressured. We left the store to think about what we needed, and when we returned several days later, Moni was there to greet us. We explained the information from our insurance company and gave her the parameters on pricing. She went to work on the numbers and soon came back to us. She apologized that she was over a bit from the figure from the Insurance Company. We held our breath till she shared that it was $50 over. We all laughed then signed up. It will be here soon. I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.
