A broken water heater above our bedroom sent us to Sleep Experts in Plano. There we found Moni Simm, the manager. Her low key style was exactly what we needed after the construction chaos in our home. We found three mattresses that fit our needs. At no time were we pressured. We left the store to think about what we needed, and when we returned several days later, Moni was there to greet us. We explained the information from our insurance company and gave her the parameters on pricing. She went to work on the numbers and soon came back to us. She apologized that she was over a bit from the figure from the Insurance Company. We held our breath till she shared that it was $50 over. We all laughed then signed up. It will be here soon. Hank was covering for the store manager was on vacation. Hank did an excellent jobin explaining everything and ensuring that we were satisfied with what we were purchasing. It was a major purchase for us since we haven't made a mattress purchase in over 10 years.he was very knowledgeable about all the different styles. He also threw some personal information about himself in there as a respects to mattress choices and which type of mattress that he used. Even though the computer system for some type of evaluation of sleeping habits was not working, he filled in nicely. Will forever be buying mattresses from this store! I set up delivery for a certain day and was told my items would be delivered between 8am-8pm. Seemed like wide window but the night before I got a call/text giving me a 2 hour window. The delivery guys were super nice and professional! They had my mattress frame and mattress put together within 30 minutes. They showed me how to use the remote for my mattress frame and made sure it was the correct height before finishing up. Sleep Experts is trying to kill all their bad reviews on Yelp and Google but I think my review is two important to get rid of. We went to sleep experts found a mattress with blue trim and purchased it for about $1,500 not including taxes They made us go pick up this mattress in Carrollton The warehouse was trying to give us a mattress with dark trim instead of blue trim we showed the warehouse the pictures we took of the mattress and the warehouse told us know that was not the right one that our invoice had a certain name on it in the name on the mattress match this mattress with the bark trim We didn't pick up the mattress and instead went back to the store where we saw the mattress with the bark trim for $1,000 not the 1500 we had paidrefusd AND we saw the blue mattress for $3,500 When we talk to the manager he insisted we had purchased the bark mattress and the only thing he could do is give us $100 off the blue mattress... even though the brown mattress had never left the warehouse. they would only give us the trade in value and keep the other $1,400 they would not even honor the $1000 price and refund us the difference. When we went to other nearby Sleep Experts stores They too had THE NAME for the mattress we have purchased on a bark mattress BUT- When we travel to further away stores had the blue mattress with the $1,500 price tag and the name that we bought They did not have a bark mattress in stock. We found it odd that the blue mattress and the bark mattress would actually have the same tags sewn to the mattress when they were completely and obviously different quality levels of mattress. I contacted the manufacturer and ask them how the two vastly different mattresses could have the same tag on it It was then that I found out that Sleep Experts owned the mattress manufacturer as well as the store. We contacted our lawyer who looked at the paperwork and explain to us because we didn't have the color of the mattress as well as the name of the mattress that Sleep Experts to do this to us and we could sue but we could lose and have to pay their attorney fees. So we could either take a bark mattress or no mattress at all and we could not get our $1,500 back unless Sleep Experts willingly gave it to us which they refuse to do. read more

After searching for a new mattress as well as an adjustable frame, my wife and I eventually ended up at Sleep Experts Plano. There we encountered a extremely knowledgeable sleep consultant named Brenton. He patiently gave us all the information to help us choose the best mattress for us with the best possible deals. We then narrowed it down to two mattresses and chose one. After 10 days we realized the one we chose was to firm and should have chose the other. We returned to the store and approached Brenton with our dilemma. With no questions asked He substituted the mattresses, set up the delivery and issued a credit for the new lesser price mattress. Just want to give a shout out the Sleep Experts. We bought a new mattress about five weeks ago but were not really sure what we wanted. We decided to give a foam mattress a shot. We tested out pretty much every one they had and finally made our choice. Delivery was great we set off on our new sleeping experience. Unfortunately after about two weeks we determined that we were not really happy with the mattress. With some trepidation, we went back to the store to test out the Love Your Mattress guarantee. To be honest, I fully anticipated getting some run around - why we were not eligible or so many hidden restrictions that we could never work it out. I am delighted to say that we encountered NONE of these things. We decided to re-try a number of the mattress we had considered before and chose one that was slightly more expensive than the one we bought. Bruce worked with us to get the best price he could, apologized for our trouble, scheduled our delivery, and talked us through the options if this mattress does not work out for us. The new mattress arrives today and whether we like it or not I have to say I am sold on the Sleep Experts service at this point. read more

Absolutely the best mattress buying experienced I've had. From start to finish, the process was simple, quick, no pressure and on-time. My wife and I decided that it was past time to replace our mattress (it was something like 10 years old or so). I did some comparison shopping and decided, for multiple reasons, to visit this Sleep Experts first. I walked in and was greeted by Brad Wilson, one of the salespeople there. He took me over to their computer mattress contraption thing and input my and my wife's information. He printed out a list of mattresses that matched my preferences and then asked what my price range was; with no pressure whatsoever, he showed each mattress that matched both my information and my price range. There were mattresses at the bottom end and the top end of my price range, and I was able to lie on each one, with a provided pillow, and test them out. I decided on one and, within 10 minutes, I had checked out with a delivery date of the next day. It is also their standard policy to take your old mattress for charity, so that took care of that issue as well. So, the first part of the process was an excellent experience. Brad was a great salesman; informative without and pressure. Sleep Experts' quality and selection spoke for itself, so, in reality, he just helped me make a good decision. I was told that I would get an update later in the day about the delivery window for the next day. Sure enough, I got an email with a two-hour window. which allowed me to get some things done before the mattress got to my place. Typically, when you get a "delivery window", you're looking at the very end of the window. Surprisingly, I got a call from the delivery guys right at the beginning of the window saying they were 15 minutes away. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, they were pulling up and getting the new mattress and box spring into our place. They also got my old mattress and box spring out no problem and the whole process was done in about 30 minutes. Seriously the most painless furniture delivery I've ever experienced. I'm still kinda in shock. It's not often that a business can really deliver on what it promises, but, at least for this Sleep Experts and the two delivery guys, they absolutely delivered with flying colors. If anyone asks for my opinion on where to start looking for a mattress, believe me, Sleep Experts will be my first suggestion. It also helps that it is a Dallas-based business, so supporting the local economy is an extra plus. read more

I could not be more happy with my experience here. Initially, we bought a mattress through another online store, but after a couple of months, we returned it. We dreaded doing actual brick-and-mortar mattress shopping and hated the hard sell. So we went to a few stores to browse - but we unexpectedly bought a mattress at Sleep Experts because everything went so smoothly. No hard sell here - just a genuine effort to sell you what you want.
