We were there on a Saturday and it was loud but hey we are in a brewery. It wasn't a hang all day vibe for me. I can't explain it but I did my flight and we left. We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were very attentive and friendly. Everything I had in my flight was very good. I loved that I could mix it up since they offer much more than beer.
