I really wanted to try this place out first off customer service was great I'm so upset because I really wanted to try this place out. The ambiance was nice. Definitely stands out however for the 3 star review I walked in not wanting a big pizza something personal the very nice girl in the front said they were only selling XL pizzas. From my understanding dough can be cut and isn't usually pre rolled on a sheet ready to go. So I'm really confused on why a personal pizza was not able to be made. Maybe they do this to meet sales? Stumbled across UPC by fortune. My family ordered a veggie and a pepperoni pizza - both were excellent! The house-made dough is perfect and deliciously flavored with a hint of garlic. The service can be better...the 2 employees got my order mixed up with someone else's order. My friend's pizza was supposed to have jalapeños, but they left it out. The food was great, and I've had positive experiences here before--but unfortunately, the event on March 21, 2026 was extremely disappointing. We waited in line for over five hours, only to leave around 8:30 PM without getting a photo or signature. The entire experience felt very disorganized and poorly managed. There didn't seem to be a clear system in place, and the wait times were excessive. On top of that, the area was not well-maintained--trash was scattered around, and many guests around us were also frustrated and complaining about the long wait and lack of organization. We don't leave the LA/OC area much, but when we made it out to Riverside we knew we had to finally try UPC. First impression... for such a tiny place, they really did great with the theming! However, the service we received was really disappointing. The guy taking our order came off extremely rude and bothered. (Although, when he noticed a couple come in to film a YouTube review video he quickly replaced himself with a younger female employee who had EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and did a great job.) I have been craving pizza since I got to Riverside last week. UPC is not far from my hotel. I paid this place a visit. First off, don't let the paid parking lot dissuade you. Parking is free for 90 minutes. Anything over that will cost you. The ticket you take from the entry access point has a time stamp on it. The restaurant has seating inside and outside. All areas are clean. This spot has a college vibe to it, hence the name. I ordered a 12 inch "build your own." I got extra cheese, their version, and mine differed. Next time, I'll ask for a heavy dose of double cheese. The pizza was still pretty good. This place has craft beer and craft sodas (pop) for some of us. It's not a bad place if you want a quick pizza fix. They also serve wings and salads. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted here. read more

The wait was about an hour so we just got some garlic knots, when we got them, there is no way to mess these up. I was wrong. Upon arriving at this pizza place we had no idea what to expect as it was our first time. We are a horror movie family and to step inside this pizza place we couldn't have been more excited. The atmosphere was definitely worth driving here to see my daughter who has special needs enjoy herself inside this pizza place was definitely worth every second. She is OBSESSED with FNAF franchise and this was definitely worth surprising her. The staff was absolutely amazing and patient. My daughter decided she in fact didn't want a fountain soda but instead wanted a cherry icee in her mind it was from the FNAF franchise and represented what foxy would drink in the movie. We were a hungry bunch of young adults with no real Thanksgiving to go to and I'm sure there's lots of students in the area who haven't had a chance to go home for the holidays either. Food came hot and piping fresh. It's a solid place to get some good pizza. We got their: Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (6 pieces. Imagine huge garlicky balls of cheesey pepperoni goodness inside with a side of marinar, this is what it is), a 10" Medium BBQ Chicken pizza where instead of marinara sauce it was BBQ sauce (good amount of chicken on top that wasn't too dry, my brother's fav), and a 14" large pizza with a mozzarella and marinara base blend, thick pepperonis, Canadian bacon, and mushrooms. Perfect pizzas that weren't too salty, cheese didn't slide off the slices, and they gave a good amount of toppings on top. Crust was nice and crispy too and I'm not much of a crust enjoyer either. What a cool concept and fantastic pizza to go with it! If you're a horror movie fan, there is so much cool memorabilia everywhere to enjoy while you're eating their delicious pizza and drinking one of their craft beers, specially made by a local brewery for them. The Pizza Bombs are incredible. They are basically a calzone a little smaller than a baseball, but they are cooked to perfection. They are served with a side of pizza sauce for dipping. It sounds like a pretty normal concept, but these are far better than we expected. The dough is fully cooked all the way to the filling, and not all squishy and raw like calzones can be. These are a must-try! The pizzas are horror movie themed. They have some really creative names and combinations for each. We had one with a black crust and a garlic white sauce, with mushrooms and sausage based on the Terrifier. It was ridiculously good. We also tried some other combinations that were all great.
