Wow lots of flavor, the outer layers have a lot of flavor, love the Oatmeal blend and the Caramel Cream, so much flavor, I should have bought two of them. They also serve breakfast sandwiches and some yummy looking lunch sandwiches such as pastrami, Chipotle Bacon, Avocado and Turkey, Italian and many others. Often times gluten free items lack a bit of substance when it comes to how it feels, but the nice meaty chicken pieces really helped offset that in the case of the chicken sandwich. It was fulfilling to eat and would do a great job filling up anyone who is hungry. My wife went with the waffles and they were great. They were presented beautifully with a gorgeous flower garnish. They prepare light and fluffy vegan cinnamon roll bases that customers can customize with an assortment of toppings. And for the folks who have a difficult time picking out the right combo of toppings, there are a number of "predestined snails" that make all the right decisions for you. The Explorer (chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, and graham) and the Lunchbox (strawberry sauce, peanut butter drizzle, and crushed Lay's potato chips) really stood out to me, so I ordered both to enjoy with my husband later that evening. I appreciate that the rolls aren't dense, overly moist, or too sweet. They are the perfect base for any assortment of toppings. And they're a great value, too, because I was able to enjoy two nights of dessert from a single roll.
