I came back later and the guy was a little rude just short & snappy but I guess he sees a lot of people like me with broke phones. I did get my screen replaced. The problem is that a couple weeks later the glass started separating and lifting. I was out of town so took it in to a place in London and there they told me it was a very low quality screen that was used. The guy in London replaced it again for me using an Apple screen (he showed me to logo on the glass) and gave me a bit if a discount. I am disappointed because I thought I was told at wireless4u that it was an "original screen". Will not be going back or recommending this place.
