I wouldn't normally do any review for service companies with the problems I have had in the past, BUT, I felt compelled to write and tell people about the excellent experience I just had with Tech'd Out. Both of my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually watched as someone hacked my password. Then Dave found a Trogan file embedded that I never knew about. He sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly canceling the additional BELL fees, and he added some programs I needed for writing my novel easier (which also saved me thousands in editing costs). Dave went above and beyond my expectations! I was amazed at his performance, abilities, and the little amount of time it took him to fix everything. He was personable, respectful, COVID-cautious, professional, and without a doubt the best company I have ever had for my computers within the past 25 years. Brilliant and generous…read more Reconfiguring my office area meant disconnecting my computer setup. Like an idjit, I did not take pics of everything and, when reconnected, I had no video. Read E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. I could online and then packed the machine up and headed to Node-1. They could have told me anything and I would have done anything. But they asked where I'd plugged in the video USB and when I told them, they suggested another outlet. Wouldn't even keep it to take a look. Just sent me home with a smile. Theirs. One of my aunts coffee buddies referred us to Node-1 We called I explained my situation they do not charge a diagnostic fee they called several times to let me know what they were going to do and the cost-the customer service was amazing very impressed with this place and my total bill was $65. Got my computer home it works great I'm a very happy camper and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. No more big name companies for me.
