After resetting the furnace 3 times and changing the batteries in my thermostat, I had no choice but to call for an emergency service call. I called my furnace repair service that I'd used for 6 years. After explaining I had no heat, the on-call representative gave me the 3rd degree...Are you a customer? What brand? How old is the furnace? Who installed it? Then he told me he'd call me back. 20 minutes later he called to inform me that all their techs were out of town. My options were to wait a day or two for an available tech or call another company. It was minus 20 degrees Celsius!!! My house was sitting at 11 degrees!! I called David Murray and explained my dilemma. Brad at David Murray said he'd be very happy to help me out and would appreciate my business. Ted was on site shortly thereafter and had my house warm and toasty in no time and the cost was more than reasonable. AWESOME! I was even more thrilled when the tech called me a few hours later to ensure I still had heat. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE :-)

I was advised by my insurer to consider purchasing a Lennox product and it was good advice. But I was not prepared for the incredible experience of dealing with Linda and Kevin DeMille. From the day they walked into my home until the day the job was completed, they were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And they explained everything. Every step of the way I knew what was happening and why. I actually feel educated, and not in a sales person kind of way. I truly feel that I understand so much more about home heating and cooling. Now that my system has been installed for a few months I can say that it is beyond compare. I had a month or so of using the AC and it was incredibly effective. I could turn it on, knowing that in just a few minutes I would start feeling the effects from it. The same is true for the furnace. I don't know how else to explain it except to say that when I turn on the heat, within literally two or three minutes I feel like somebody is wrapping a warm blanket around me. I can't even hear when the furnace is turning on ... it is whisper quiet. I switched from oil to propane for my new AC/furnace and this part of the installation was also perfect. The oil tank was removed and the new propane tanks were installed in a perfect location. So, if I could offer stars for a job well done and 10 stars was the pinnacle, I'd offer 11. My entire experience was over the top perfection.

Our builder had two attempts to correct the deficiencies and failed to do so. Sarj explained everything him and his team would do to ensure the fixes would meet our expectations. He came in on weekends to do the work so it would fit our schedule. As well when I pointed out a few small areas that hadn't covered well the first time, he repainted the entire room again free of charge. There was honest, open communication throughout the process and Cad and Ash were also professional and a pleasure to be around. We highly recommend Sarj and his team as they really finally fixed what our builder failed to do!!!

Thumbs Down! They USED to be great! They have pictures of a job they did for me on their Facebook…read morepage over a year ago and the work was good. Now they have taken on more projects than they can handle and instead of communicating and letting customers know that they do not have time to complete what they started, they just keep giving false hope that they will finish. I gave them two extra months to finish and barely anything has been done in that time. The bathroom (the only bathroom in the house!) that they said was 9-days work still isn't complete, and the work they did do has to be fixed because the plumbing rough-in is wrong. They will argue there was a delay and that is true, there was a delay - but that was in May and after that they still reassured me they would be done July 31, and then August 31 and then extended again to Sept 30. This is a rental property for us, so we had to disappoint wonderful potential tenants that were interested in renting the house. As of today, October 7, framing and rough-in has not been completed yet. The house is a huge mess, they left garbage everywhere. I gave up on them finally because it has to be completed this month and they were still lying to my face. We are going to roll up our sleeves and do it ourselves and hire reliable contractors for the parts we cannot do ourselves. You may ask why we didn't do that in the first place but it was because we were fixing up 2 other rental properties in that time - those 2 were completed on time and have been rented. I truly hope if you decide to hire them you have a better experience.
