He came in on weekends to do the work so it would fit our schedule. There was honest, open communication throughout the process and Cad and Ash were also professional and a pleasure to be around. Now they have taken on more projects than they can handle and instead of communicating and letting customers know that they do not have time to complete what they started, they just keep giving false hope that they will finish. I gave them two extra months to finish and barely anything has been done in that time. The bathroom (the only bathroom in the house!) that they said was 9-days work still isn't complete, and the work they did do has to be fixed because the plumbing rough-in is wrong. They will argue there was a delay and that is true, there was a delay - but that was in May and after that they still reassured me they would be done July 31, and then August 31 and then extended again to Sept 30. This is a rental property for us, so we had to disappoint wonderful potential tenants that were interested in renting the house. As of today, October 7, framing and rough-in has not been completed yet. The house is a huge mess, they left garbage everywhere. I gave up on them finally because it has to be completed this month and they were still lying to my face. We are going to roll up our sleeves and do it ourselves and hire reliable contractors for the parts we cannot do ourselves. You may ask why we didn't do that in the first place but it was because we were fixing up 2 other rental properties in that time - those 2 were completed on time and have been rented. I truly hope if you decide to hire them you have a better experience.
