This part when installed was not compatible with the system! D & K we're supposed to resolve this issue and still no word on when it will be fixed! Since Enicure has taken over the service has not improved! The techs will have to come out and switch the heat pump to cool for the summer and the switch it back for the winter! Buyer beware!

After resetting the furnace 3 times and changing the batteries in my thermostat, I had no choice but to call for an emergency service call. I called Fergusson Energy that I'd used for about 5 years. After explaining I had no heat, the on-call representative gave me the 3rd degree...Are you a customer? What brand? How old is the furnace? Who installed it? Then he told me he'd call me back. A few minutes later he called to inform me that all their techs were out of town. My options were to wait a day or two for an available tech or call another company. It was minus 20 degrees Celsius!!! My house was sitting at 11 degrees!! The "Other Company" said they'd be very happy to help me out and would appreciate my business. They were on site shortly thereafter and had my house warm and toasty in no time and the cost was more than reasonable. AWESOME! I was even more thrilled when the "Other Company" called me a few hours later to ensure I still had heat. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jason and the team should try this sometime!
