Oh my goodness, where to begin. Quinte Air Supply came highly recommended to me by my son-in-law. So, I already had high hopes that I would have a good experience with the company (as my old furnace needed replacing) and I was NOT disappointed. I was advised by my insurer to consider purchasing a Lennox product and it was good advice. But I was not prepared for the incredible experience of dealing with Linda and Kevin DeMille. From the day they walked into my home until the day the job was completed, they were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And they explained everything. Every step of the way I knew what was happening and why. I actually feel educated, and not in a sales person kind of way. I truly feel that I understand so much more about home heating and cooling.
Now that my system has been installed for a few months I can say that it is beyond compare. I had a month or so of using the AC and it was incredibly effective. I could turn it on, knowing that in just a few minutes I would start feeling the effects from it. The same is true for the furnace. I don't know how else to explain it except to say that when I turn on the heat, within literally two or three minutes I feel like somebody is wrapping a warm blanket around me. I can't even hear when the furnace is turning on ... it is whisper quiet.
I switched from oil to propane for my new AC/furnace and this part of the installation was also perfect. The oil tank was removed and the new propane tanks were installed in a perfect location.
So, if I could offer stars for a job well done and 10 stars was the pinnacle, I'd offer 11. My entire experience was over the top perfection. read more
