They asked questions and helped him figure out which model to get. They also gave him useful tips on maintenance (the Dyson one is easy to clean). We're planning what to do for a built-in vacuum in future as our builder put the preliminary stuff in so we will be back once we're ready. Definitely recommend them if you want a good group of people who treat you right and know their stuff. It's also not a big chain store and we like that a family owns it.

Initially we were satisfied with the system and received follow up assistance during the initial adjustment period. We are now advised that they cannot provide remote access because they no longer have an app for this service. Their current web page states that you can remotely access your security system from anywhere in the world!! This plain and simply is false advertising. The owner Ian told me himself that he couldn't access his own property in Florida and was in the same situation as we are. He said he would get back to me the following week, giving him time to look into the problem. One month later, Jeff the technical adviser suggested we contact Bell and do a modification that may work, at our expense. Why should we be fixing their system and why should we be paying for service we are not receiving. Well we're not anymore. We have changed providers. We were also advised that we were overcharged by double for the equipment we purchased through Brock (or I call it scammed).
