The staff at Outram are friendly and easy to deal with. They setup an appointment to access our needs, and they showed up when they promised to. We received our quote quickly and it was not only more reasonable than a larger competitor (who promised a quote three weeks in a row before we received it), but it was delivered when promised. Their technicians were great and also identified a potentially dangerous exhaust setup done by our heating/cooling technician. We are very happy we chose Outram and would highly recommend them

After many many calls for help to fix the leaks, Feeney's solution is that I should pay them to replace the 40 year shingles they installed 10 years ago. Feeney's price was the highest of three quotes I got for fixing Feeney's poor workmanship. All of these photos were taken over just a 12' x 10' section of my leaking roof. 2 HOLES, 2 spots with loose lifting shingles, 6 Low Nails, and wrong shingle layer overlap (seams too close) !! Every person, every work crew, and every company makes mistakes sometimes. What separates a good person, crew, and company from a bad one is whether they acknowledge their mistakes and make things right. Feeney doesn't. The 1 star is because Yelp wont allow a zero star rating.

We read the other review posted, and couldn't believe it was the same company. We would highly recommend them for any landscaping/excavating project. Everything was done in a timely manner, there was no mess left at the job site, and everything turned out just as we hoped. We are already planning the next project to have them return. After sending a second follow up I finally received a response, which was absolutely disgusting and appalling. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my entire life. These are not slanderous remarks, or vindictive comments, they are actual excerpts from the messages I received from him, all of which are saved on my end. 'you want truck loads of dirt brought in then when the driveway fails you want to make it some one else's fault and problem. (Probably the plan in the first place)' - This in itself if extremely defamatory to us and is completely out of line. In previous messages he acknowledged that he knew of the possibility of damage occurring, but failed to notify us of such. If he had, we never would have agreed to trucks being brought in and would have come up with another solution. 'I was trying to set up asphalt run when the trucks are back in our area then you decided to post a review on yelp.' - claims that he was in the process of setting up repair on our driveway, although there was no communication of such for months, but because I wanted to share my experience with this company in a public forum he has decided he will not be following through with which he is legally obligated to do 'I plan on doing nothing more at your place. You can loose my number.' - his spelling, not mine. The most unprofessional and disrespectful response I could have ever received from a business owner. We gave him more than enough time to correct things, but he has refused to take responsibility We will now be forced to take the next step (legal/insurance) to have this situation corrected.
