Changing the agreed price at the last minute after a signed contract and deposit had already been provided put us in a very difficult position, especially now that most contractors are already booked for the summer season. We understand mistakes can happen, but honoring signed agreements and communicating accurate pricing are basic expectations. Unfortunately, our experience showed a lack of accountability and reliability, and we cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

Mine was one of four townhouses in a block in Aurora, and we'd had some icing issues during the winter, so we knew it was time to upgrade our twenty-three year-old eaves and downspouts. After getting several quotes and speaking with sales people, we chose Can-Cro. That was a good decision. Although it was quite a few weeks before they installation occurred, when the crew showed up they did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after the job was done. The company had recommended a wider eave and downspout than our old builder grade ones, and that clearly handled any heavy rains and ice loads. The new eaves (with leaf guards) not only looked good, but they functioned well over the following fall and winter. The sales / admin department made sure that we each had a copy of our receipt in case of any future warranty issues. There were none, and when I later sold the townhouse, the eaves still looked really good.
