I have been calling…read moresince March 4th (several times, several voicemails and various extensions) with regards to a warranty issue of a broken seal of one of the windows we received from them. Did online request (but later was informed the online request was not working and they were having issues with it). Left numerous voice messages asking for a return call. Finally on Mar 26th. I spoke to someone (who surprisingly picked up the phone). We had a positive conversation and I emailed all the documents and information that was requested by her. This contact person name was Lisa M. She said she would get back to me soon. I even received a job number. Days pass by.....No return call on the status of my warranty issue. Called and emailed Lisa Apr 9th for any news on my inquiry. NOTHING!!! Called several times again, left voice mails, tried other extensions. Then it happened a person named Teresa answered the phone. Again, positive conversation. She informed me that none of the information I gave to Lisa was recorded. So I gave her all my info and emailed all my documents/information again at her request. This was April 24th. Teresa said she will call me the very next day. Being alittle apprehensive about that statement, I asked Teresa if she will honestly contact me the next day. Her reply"Yes!" Well...I kept my phone close by at all times not to miss her call. NO CALL!!! So, I decided to wait a few days to call Teresa, thinking to give some time because I understand this world is busy! I called and left voice message for Teresa on Apr 24th. Now it is May 2/25 and I still have not heard from Lisa, Teresa or anyone at Landmark Home Solutions. I have called every extension and left voice messages to make sure that no one at this company cannot say they did not receive a voice message from myself. This is unacceptable for a company not to return a simple phone call. It seems these people don't take their work seriously (I say this because there was no record of my documents I sent to Lisa), they dont put there customers first - no return phone calls, they don't stand behind their products - I would of heard by now about a window replacement if they stand behind their products, and lastly, I would of heard back on how they stand behind their own written product warranties. But all I got was have to check the warranty and speak to the warehouse people. I find this display of customer service is poor and this company cannot be trusted

Still left with serious issues, I am now fighting to have them replace the defective windows they installed that leak water into my house, freeze shut, have drafts and fog up under normal/low humidity settings (verified by a moisture meter). Within less than one year from having a new front door installed by Dans, it's been nothing but problems . The wood around the striker broke shortly after install, I called them and they talk to you like you've never used a door before , they put all the blame on us for being too aggressive opening and closing the door and the project manager constantly had to leave multiple times for personal problems (which has nothing to do with the customer- we all have problems in life) ) - all this with a lifetime warranty on the door, which they point out when purchasing but they don't honour it. The hardware on the door never stays tight so every month I've have to re tighten all the hardware (which is absurd ) and they said they would try to fix the broken wood by the striker but they never return your call or show up - I'll be replacing this door before it's even 3 years old because I'm sick of the maintenance required to just keep it operational . Worst customer service I've ever had . Save your money and buy elsewhere. Buyer beware I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars

I was also shown that the 4th window simply needed a $5 plastic piece for the balancing system that can be bought and showed me how I can change the part myself in 10 minutes. Be wary as they could have fleeced me for $4,500 instead of the $400 that would be needed to fix all the windows!!!

Dan came out the next day to size up the job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about what Jeff was looking to have done. The patio door was ordered and came in approximately 3 weeks later.
